@314: Seriously, stop revealing. Why would you reveal class? Theres no need.
@321: What? Do you think theres no anti-town or something? I do not like "I have great trust in you all, so trust in me." . First part is illogical for a townie, and 2nd part is just an AtE.
↑ elusive wrote:1. What do you think of Rampage and his detractors (House, Nero, Fuzzy)
2. Who are the people you think need to post more to get a solid read on?
Idk, what are some examples of really good questions?
1: I'm super bad at reading people early on. Day 1, im useless. Only person i have a read on at this point is House, and that's a weak town read.
2: Probably the less active people, but for me, everyone, i guess.
Those two questions are pretty good. I like to ask questions that, while not fluff, arent conventional. Like, "if you were to be nightkilled tonight, why would that be?", and other things that force scum to think about what town them would think.
@336 Elusive has likely already answered that question, but I would like to say something about it too. I feel that scum are more likely to answer questions like that than town, as scum dont really care about scumhunting as much as town. I followed along, to try and see if other people would join in. Not sure if it worked, or if that was elusive's intention, but its possible.
↑ Ozgin wrote:Bankai (I find it hard to trust someone who is an easy-to-press snitch)
Wait, why does that make him more likely to be scum? If you distrust him because of an event not correlated to his alignment?
@acryon: do you feel your responses to #240 in post 387 achieved anything? Eg. Helped you read others or helped others read you? How?
↑ Ozgin wrote:I understand, my artificial and patronizing tone (coined by elusive) is probably intimidating.
Absolutely nothing to do with why i'm finding you suspicious. You claimed to trust everyone, you roleclaimed after I had done so, and had gotten some minor townreads from that, and you scumread Bankai for a bad reason.
↑ elusive wrote:
There's some holes in your theory. I went back and looked at the shadowmelt stuff. Why would scum use shadowmelt? Based on the unwarranted confessions, Ozgin used his racial ability which is why the colors are like that. What benefit is it to scum to use an ability in thread? To alert other scum? To set up a fake claim? Just because he's got a an annoying voice doesn't mean that you don't either. In fact,
Rampage, part of me wonders if you'll be NKed tonight because if not...then you are most likely scum.1
Try cases or you know not causing whiplash.
kiwieagle, it's not just the bankai thing although that's certainly part of it. You asked for a reason to discuss but then you disappeared. Also, when I see you decimate scum I'll believe,
otherwise you've been coasting.2
1: What? Why would you say that? If hes town, scum can just not nightkill him, and then youll be like, super sure he is scum. Why would he be a likely NK if he is town?
2: Well, ive sorta been coasting too. Granted, Ive had good reason for my inactivity, but inactivity=/= scum.
↑ Ozgin wrote:I mean, kiwieagle has responded a lot, but we have almost entirely silent parties floating around like eyestott.
Interesting, seeing as how i had more posts than you at that point.
↑ Albert B. Rampage wrote:Read her answer to GGG.
Listen, I have a 1-shot day cop that I just used on Elusive. She is scum. 100%.
Why do you have a day cop? Unless its a gambit, then I expect a reason you have a useful power when I, and other races, do not.
↑ Albert B. Rampage wrote:I'm not sure if scum have daytalk and are coaching you...but your post on the last page didn't sound scummy. Some might say it sounded townie.
I'm not as certain about Nero Cain as I was about you originally, but I think there's a solid chance he might flip scum so that's who I'll stick my vote with right now.
His behavior seemed like he didn't want to hammer because he knew it was going to be a mislynch, and he kept making soft posts saying we should wait to hammer while also calling you scummy. I really don't like it. It's like he needed to think of a reason to vote for you to justify it to the town before placing his vote. And he seemed to be happy that I was taking charge of the wagon, perhaps deluding himself into an easy day to get through for his team. So I'm highly suspicious of Nero Cain right now.
↑ Albert B. Rampage wrote:Nero Cain, top of my list of scum. Acryon second. I can't believe I'm saying this, but elusive seems just about as town as my top townread kiwi.
Wait, one post changes your view from top scumread to top townread? Couldn't scum have made that post? I guess the daycop was a gambit. Suspected it, but wasnt sure.
↑ kiwieagle wrote:Fuzzy and scott are both being pretty damn inactive but alas thats a battle for another day.
Seriously? My dog just died. Give me some time.
Taking a break now.
