Sorry, but you're only a newbie if you have fewer than two completed games. But don't worry, you don't need to be particularly skilled at Mafia to be an SE. The IC is there to explain the game to newbies if necessary, so there's no expectation that you do anything beyond play as usual. We just need to give priority to people who are in their very first games onsite.

Also, there's no change in difficulty--every slot has an equal chance of drawing town or scum. You just get a shiny (SE) beside your name in the player list!
