I'm a hybrid. I have a gun that I can use at any time, and if I died, then I'd still be able to use that one-shot gun within 48 hours of my death.
It's quite a useful role.

TPTG basically missed the part where I'm either conftown or obvscum. ActionDan and I have claimed basically the same role (although I assume our protections are against opposite factions). Bulletproof is usually used in games with multiple kill shots as a balance measure. The most simple explanations for us both having bulletproof are as follows:

1.) We're each scum immune to the other scum team. This depends on there being two scum teams (which is mod confirmed according to some people, although I read the post as not quite confirmation). This also doesn't make sense in light of how the day played out. Why would a single scum team have two BP members? Positing us being on opposing teams, why would an opposing scum member out himself as having the same role as me as a reason to back my claim and say that I'm town? If I flip scum, doesn't that immediately put him in the gallows? While this explanation is one of the two most simple explanations for having two BP roles, it doesn't make a lot of sense given how the day unfolded.

2.) We're both town and immune to separate factions. This is much more supported by the way the day played out.


Having one town and one scum BP also seems like a possibility. If that's the case then AD will get town points if/when I flip and my claim is proven true. If he flips first and is scum I'll be mislynched. So I can conceive of a scum AD having faction specific BP; however, he doesn't read scummy at all, and if he were scum, why would he have put his neck on the line to save me?

So perhaps the penis obsessed hydra might want to re-evaluate its read on me.


Finally, Toon has been in the game and hasn't responded to questioning. Votes are the most effective way to get someone to take a push seriously and respond (See {Drixx} earlier this day phase).

I'm thinking of going the smart route by forcing a claim on toon. If we find his claim to be scummy, I could shoot him, and everybody would get off that wagon, but if we found it to be town, then everybody would get off that wagon anyway.

I still don't see the extreme scumminess of toon...

Vonflare and Toon are basically interchangable for me as far as scumminess goes, I have no idea what alignment both are and I dislike their playstile which if scum makes it hard to read them and if town makes them easy marks for lylo losses, so unless there is a role related reason to keep them in the game I'd do away with both based on what they have shown till now and I at least have Marquis whom I believe to be town pushing for Toon (I do think some of Marquis's reads are pretty bad though so there's that...).

I'm feeling a bit better about Drixx and Magua's posts themselves are not bad, it's more the Soren legacy which I question because his own description of his scumplay fits what he did this game but it also looked like he was getting swamped by the pace of the game so replacing out could also be completely unrelated, I am not prepared to base my reads on what Magua does under these conditions.

Your current scumread I disagree with, Lucian is right when he says that deathfisaro's scumgame was a bit submissive, it took us the whole day to win a lylo that was already a done deal because he did not want to be the first to commit so I had to force the issue, I don't see the same kind of attitude from him this game, if he managed to fool me props but based on what I know I don't think he is scum and if we believe the claims my reads on the players I know have been pretty accurate to date.

No, no it's not. Oh HOW terrible, players who can talk outside the thread? The scumteam is quaking in their boots...or just as likely, the scumteam have a member in one. Why would we not give our claimed neighborhood cop an accurate pool with which to search through?

EBWOP: It's very similar to rolefishing for PRs, though since everyone is a PR in this game the rolefishing is coming in the form of neighborhoods.. From what I understand, my neighborhood buddy says they got conf-town on me when they were told we were in a neighborhood. I don't have conf-town on them, but from what I've seen I find it highly unlikely that they are scum.

P-EDIT @Narninian: See above. His role gives him conf-town on me, and I trust him from what I've seen.

I mean, we can debate this in mafia discussion post game, but you already know that we believe shooting a less active player is the most protown use of a town-aligned kill. At this point you've claimed a kill for us to use pretty much as a second lynch. Getting out a player who could at best be lurking scum and at worst a mislynch later in the game is a great move. I don't want to debate this here and get off track. I was using your list as an example, personally if we had the shot we'd shoot Jackel at this stage. Low content and was is there isn't anything that jumps out as town. If Ogzin is scum we'll catch him in thread, Drixx is a player we have to deal with sooner rather than later, but he's active, and active scum give away their partners, and I thought Reubus was alright in the one or two posts he made.
