Nightskip confirms itself as we start D2 immediately after the end of D1, there is no time to submit night actions nor is it allowed, even our claimed daycop says he gets his results at the start of the night and the mod told him he would not get a result if the night was skipped, I fail to see what Jackal could add to confirm this, he can only tell us he was not allowed to submit an action.

It's a trigger so he can't choose when to submit it, it's always @lynch or @deadline in case of no majority and the condition still being met.

regarding the night skip.

Well yeah, its best to use at mylo --- but waiting that long is risky, especially considering we won't necessarily know when Mylo is. My point is it doesnt have to be *either* extreme. We can use it fairly early just not literally the first opportunity. One night will give us much better information to work with (death information, pro-town PR actions, etc...) than having no night at all before using it.
