That champion has no counterplay potential. He's too tanky to dive on and burst down, he does surprising damage for a tanky character, and he has range/CC to keep you fucked hard when you're just trying to farm. There's actually no option to beat him.

I finally feel like I'm carrying soloq games again. Still haven't done my placements, but I won 2/3 games this morning and the one we lost was because our 6-kill Riven inexpiciably tried to 1vTEAM twice 50 minutes into a game, and also used his TP to go to their base when we had no creeps to push in.

EDIT: That said, I will probably still manage to place into Bronze and be super sadface.

Don't feel bad Glorky. At least you can play whatever you want in bronze. I'm currently 3-0 in placements and scared to go further because I've been doing bad in normals as of late. Ofc I play random shit there but yesterday was the first time I fed in a game since a long time. Never have I died 5 times during lane, but jax vs pantheon is a shit matchup because once Panth gets ahead there's nothing you can do to stop him from zoning

i disagree.

his jungle got buffed due to cinder hulk, his kit allows him to play very safe, 400-600 true damage executes is nice, if you live for 140 seconds between deaths, it isn't hard to stay stacked to 6. 2.5 second silence is a bitch in team fights.

Problem is Cho still suffers from mobility creep. I wouldn't say he's *bad* per se, but there are more effective champs at badicslly everything he does.

He had a Heimer + Malz duo botlane. Like, it happened volitionally and not due to everyone wanting to play mid.

Cheese things are weird but they sometimes work.

My favorite was yasuo-lee botlane kill lane.

With the major buffs to the mana scaling it is certainly not out of the realm of possible.

Cho is a terrible champion.

Long CDs, absolutely no scaling, and unreliable damage from q and e (and e is short ranged). And his ult pretty bad late game.

Like if you want to play a better tank, Sion does his job but a million times better.

Sion, Sejuani, Zac, Volibear, Amumu, Nautilus, Nunu, Mundo.

Edit: Best thing is probably mid cho vs something like Kat.

The removal of silences from the game helped his W pick up a bit of a niche I think. 2.5 seconds is a long time.

The main reason you would want to pick Cho is for his aoe cc and true damage for objectives, but mainly his silence. Like, yelling at Riven feels so good in lane. :giggle:

UGH. I've been 90+lp silver 1 several times. Every time I hit that someone feeds. FUCK SILVER SO MUCH.

So right after I did my placements, I went on tilt and lost a bunch. Lolnexus began to look very curious, a gold playing with bronzes. Now, I'm no carry player, I'm not going to 1v5 teams. So even winning a little more than I was losing simply wasn't enough to keep up with how big the gap between MMR and division was, and those are trying to get together. So it was a little frustrating to see how much lp each loss cost, and the eventual demotions hurt a little. I mean, I knew what was going on, I didn't get suddenly that much worse, but still. Now that it has bottomed out though (mmr and division shook hands in high silver 3), life is looking up again. LP gains are healthy again, just like playing with low silver/high bronze, I think I'm still eeking out advantages for my winrate often enough (not that I win everything, but you know, I feel like I'm helping). And I get to play support Gragas and look cool and nobody is even questioning it.

High silver rocks.

I'm currently storming through Silver on my smurf with the occasional fuck you asshole silver afk/throw games and weird 3 feeder variance the only thing I'm lsoing to. Silver is easy.

He says with a 65% win rate in the last 20 games.

For those who aren't miles above their MMR in ranked it's a lot harder to climb.

65% winrate over 20 games is actually pretty good though?
