@Copper - I didn't say that 3-shot "governor" would be scum. I said the ability to evade a lynch was a potential scum role. Who is to say that BRantz was being honest about his role? Every claim is suspect. I can totally see a scum having a 1-shot avoid lynch mechanic. I can totally see a scum with that mechanic making a fake claim to try and both avoid a lynch and avoid later lynches. I've been a little perturbed by how readily people have taken

certain

claims at pure face value this game, while I've had to progressively reveal everything about my role to even stand a chance of making it out of day 1, when I'm one of the most active players and I'm constantly questioning people and forcing them to engage and give opinions.

I mean, let's look back at how this day went as far as it regards me. I got singled out for "talking about myself" by someone who refused to give any reasons until I questioned him about what was up with the push against me without reason, who then went and spent a bunch of time quoting me responding to mostly you asking me questions and proceeded to say I was scummy for answering your questions (or as he put it, talking about myself). Never mind that said person can hardly string together an original post that makes any sense ... for some reason the game was super happy to totally question the hell out of me for the last couple weeks.

Then we have all sorts of crazy claims that you and the people who have grilled me repeatedly find totally acceptable. No questions asked, just "nope, we won't be lynching you even though we just had a scum case on you" ... and some of those claims are for roles far crazier than a BP to one kill flavor.

It

matters

which people just readily accept a claim that later turns out to be a scum fake claim, and it's not a good idea to just let things pass without making people take a stance.

which people try to push a non case over and over again.

I dislike the driver of the BRantz wagon, I dislike creating a wagon on someone that just said he is not going to be there to defend himself until later, I dislike that there was no counterwagon on BRantz while that was happening, all of these factors make me think it's more likely for his claim to be legitimate, he is also the

only

player that has shown at least part of his role to be accurate, given all these factors you saying you could totally see him as scum was a big problem for me.

If I had the same thing happen to me as you describe it in a game, which is not how I see it so we are both using our own biases here, I would be up Om's ass and calling him scum left right and centre, instead you have done very little of that. The fact the suspicion on you was renewed was based on AD and his CC of your role which added a new dimension to it, what is happening now is players trying to find a decent lynch and others trying to make it fail miserably.

I did call OM scummy for it, and got bitch slapped by a group of players in the game. OM basically checked out of the game after that and has shown up a couple times to prod dodge with mostly incoherent posts. This isn't the first time that I've said OM should go, and it won't be the last unless he shows up and starts scumhunting and making posts that make sense.

Literally nobody seems to agree with me. Am I meant to get up on a soapbox and just post every few minutes "OM is scummy and his case against me was really pathetic and let's kill OM" and keep getting bitch slapped over and over? How is that in any way fun or productive for anyone involved?

Uh I had some serious heartburn and acid regulators not really working so I'm in so much pain to play the game at the moment. Going to the hospital in a few hours.
But at least trying to give some, if minimum, contribution to the game.

If we're lynching Jackel, might as well trigger Molla because if Jackel's a tracker we're 1 investigator shorter.
If we're lynching PV, I don't know if it's good or bad to trigger it N1.

I jumped off Jackel wagon because of reasons already stated, being close to the deadline isn't a good reason to reverse my reasons.
