I'm curious as to why Shadoweh and TSO are both focusing on "what has Marquis done" instead of directly tackling any sort of read on me when trying to dissuade people from booning me! Their posts WRT me and the boon are so so similar that it almost doesn't seem crazy that they could be scum together getting hung up over people townreading me for reasons they think are dumb!

I suspected him for doing something annoying for a brief bit (the exclamations make him hard to read) but his dustup with Tammy was hardly filler posting.

Scum Marquis generally is awkward as fuck consistenly. One of his first scumganes I was town and he took an obvtown slot and obvscummed it in 2 seconds to be lynched. Sabotage mafia he was a Jiffy hydra. While his play was not bd, heis still incredibly awkward and forced. Here, everything seems organic, thoughtful and game related, so I really donot get your issue.

how is that different from being given an invention or one-shot power role? I guess he won't flip with new info, but since it's mod-confirmed the result seems identical to me

I think of roles as doing something. At best its akin to a one shot flavor cop but even then not full flavor. This is just an enabler.

As long as were are not giving it to scum, it really should not matter who we give it to. The rest is gravy. So unless you are scumreading Marquis, I do not see the problem?

Can you ekaborate more on #1133 meaning alignment is not the only consideration. I mean there is more targeting skill and who wants it...but beyond that I don't see the other indications.

A sign is part of flavor and usually triggers abilities. If you cannot target someine without their sign known, sign knowledge is an enabler. So its not perfect but close.

Don't worry UT! I've had a long time to come to terms with how people perceive me! I think I understand what you mean but you and everyone else should know that I have been and still am trying to improve my play, especially in this game, where I'm trying to be as open with all of the thoughts I have about people at all times as possible! For example I think in games you can be a bit mean at times but I guess it's okay because I assume you actually know what you're doing and get results!

Also Titus your experiences with my scumgame are.... outdated at best! I have no idea how you think that even after Sabotage but I can go under the radar for a while because of exactly what I mentioned above! If people expect bad play out of town!me, I'll give them genuine-looking bad reads and we'll all have a good laugh when I win or at least come close to it! Ha ha ha!

...I suppose I should probably be less bitter about this than what UT's talking about, but I'm pretty proud of how I've improved my scumgame at least and I'm not too fond of you disparaging it for the wrong reasons! Not that I'm scum here of course! But it might have been be cool to try and establish it for once and for all, if only I didn't have a team counting on me to actually win here! :P
