Town would have kept their trap shut unless ChriVi was getting run up as scum, then used their claim to defuse the wagon. ChriVi didn't have one single vote. Not. One.

ChriVi and I decided to out ourselves as neighbors, because there were masons, and at least one investigative role who specified he could only target neighbors, and we decided it was worth painting a target on ChriVi for the chance of creating a second mason pairing. I actually had no desire to reveal the neighbor pairing(if you had been here all game, you'd recall I called Marquis scummy repeatedly for trying to get neighbors to claim their pairings and was adamantly opposed to it), but once it became clear there was nobody except for ChriVi who was claiming to be a neighbor, and thus Marquis had no options except to investigate the wrong member of the pair, I claimed as their neighbor who was a one way mason with them, because creating a mason team was a better use for his investigation than investigating someone scummy and having to hope they were both in a neighborhood, AND scum.

I also didn't want to waste my confirmation of ChriVi as town in the event that I ended up dying, but that was really tangential.
