TPTG: That's an interesting though. I think it's more likely there's scum redirection going on. Which may very well be Narn. I just don't know why scum narn would claim like he did, and why scum narn would have redirected a kill onto a member of the opposing team, when he could have just shot the target in the first place...although I suppose scum could just have been hoping for two kills they controlled that way.

Regardless of your feeling about Titus, Deathfisaro is still scummy as fuck and the cop claim shouldn't be enough to erase that.
