TIL Yasuo q and e cooldowns aren't reduced by cdr. Wish I hadn't learned it in URF.

On a related note, I really hate the direction Riot's gone with new champions since around when Yasuo was released.

I've been having issues recently where both League of Legends and Hearthstone will alt-tab out without any user input at seemingly-random times.

I've been talking to Riot Support about this for about the last week, and nothing seems to have fixed it. We've basically tried running League with more and more processes manually disabled while playing to see if that was what was causing the periodic issue.

I thought I'd post it here in case someone experienced something similar and found a fix. I've heard that just playing borderless windowed might be a workaround if I get desperate, but I never had the issue before maybe 2 weeks ago.

Have you installed any new programs recently? I get the same thing some times and I'm pretty sure it's Citrix causing it for me.

I installed the Skype click to call thing, but removing that process didn't help. I ran an antivirus that rito recommended, but it didn't really find anything. Disabling firewall and MSE didn't change the behavior.

I'll try GI's tool next.

Also, the reason I got on this thread is that I went to see if my poster for this conference was printed, and I discovered that the poster printer guy was playing League. ^_^

GI's tool is timeconsuming but effective. It doesn't scan for EVIL as much as it just shows everything going on. Then you can scan for EVIL together with your big friend google. Google is surprisingly good at knowing what's EVIL. But depending on how much you know (and just like me, you won't know much), you'll spend some time with your good friend. There are so many ways to run something up, you simply aren't avoiding it. And then google does tend to know the way to properly exorcise said EVIL, but again, takes time.

Just saying, if you have your system running like that for a long time already, start early on a saturday. It's gratifying though.
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.

Partly the fact that they're steering into the mobility creep, but it's more that they've started throwing in mechanics that can't possibly have been thought out beyond "WE DON'T HAVE THIS YET, THIS CHAMPION IS UNIQUE" and that fundamentally change the way you have to interact with gameplay elements. I can go on an entire rant about Azir or Kalista or Bard or Yasuo, but I won't. Bard is by far my least favorite champion, but only because my irrational hatred of Quinn has caused me to not consider her to be a champion at all.

Go check what programs you have started up. Google them if you don't recognize them. Or just post your log dump.

I already only have Microsoft programs open at start-up. Removing all extraneous auto-start programs and seeing if that fixes things is one of the first Rito troubleshooting steps.

mctadmin.exe is a rootkit. Remove both instances of it.

Remove anything in 023 that says (file missing)

Run it again when you reboot and dump the log. Lets see what the rootkit pops up then.
