Does anyone know why I'm voting Boonskiis? The post I'm quoting is not very verbose. I tried reading Boon's ISO (it was pretty short), but nothing stood out, and they don't seem to have mentioned or interacted with Dan, nor Dan with them. I'm neutral on them so far I think. I've read my own ISO now too, and this vote was early in this gameday and happened before boon had posted anything at all this day. It seemed more like an RVS vote than anything, but we didn't do RVS on day 3 in my last game.

@cerb and House: Yes, he should claim. But making him claim in his first post without giving him a chance to read? I don't really like putting that kind of pressure on people, and it makes cerb look like jumpy scum.

That isn't the issue with the post though Drixx. I agree with that part as well. The problem with the post is of course he thinks what he is saying is Neutral at worst, but different people will perceive what he says in different ways, so him trying to project that they are "finding scum reasons" unjustly is just bad.

No, I'm not a hydra. House is right about me being a newbie - he was in my first game on the site that ended a few days ago. One of the mods of this game was our IC and mentioned needing replacements after the game was over. I did skim some before asking to join because I wanted to know whether I would be completely out of my depth in this game or not. My verdict was that I find setup spec confusing and I'm not sure whether that's likely to change but I do feel like I will be able to keep up.

I wasn't sure whether I should obey House or Cerberus but I knew I was in the green group so it seemed like claiming was the safest choice, and I had seen some references to people knowing each other's roles in my skimming so I knew Cerberus was telling the truth about that part.

Why are we massclaiming so early in the game? I thought mods usually put in game elements to punish towns that did that.

Massclaim wasn't really as a result of consensus. It was more as a result of so many people driven to L-1, investigated, randomly preemptively claimed illogically, etc.
We ended up with most of people claiming.

My slot feels off because wgeurts is doing most of the posting. Paranoia from Capcom is likely, although it's kind of funny you bring that up b/c I feel my play here in terms of attitude, posting cadence, intentionality, etc is the exact opposite as that game.

The reason Narnian's post was dumb is that we should neither be lynch a confirmable role nor should we be activating BB's ability this early.

It's optimal to activate Molla's ability when there are the most conftown or highly-likely town PR claims in play. His ability becomes more powerful the longer we wait.
