I was actually just about to place a vote down on TSO just to get this day over sooner rather than later, but I read through his ISO and I cannot in good faith place that vote. I don't find his play to be all that scummy. I don't see TSO placing fast and free like he did in the beginning of the game or like he did with the self-Boon talk. His reads seem to be developing organically and his posts all read to me as off the cuff without any ulterior motive/plan to fall back on. I think TSO is gonna flip town.

Ok assuming that we lynch to timeline. What do you even think is going to change for the second lynch. More apathy. That is all you're going to get. Tbh I think this is one of those situations where the forced compromise lynch at deadline is going to create much more useful information than anything else.

If you think that you are going to get a thought out second lynch for today then you are on some pretty hard stuff. $10 says if I get lynched quickly here that one of the flops on to me will get lynched and there are too many of thse for them all to be scum so the logic is flawed to begin with.

You know what's going to change about the second lynch? We'll be more informed. That's why the first lynch needs to be on a controversial read or a player with a lot of associatives. That way we have information to be used to determine the second lynch. A forced second lynch is the worst thing we can have right about now. And no, we will not have apathy, because people will actually have some more things to sink their teeth into. However, if we go for a low information first lynch, then yeah, there will be apathy. If you want to lynch a lurker, wait for lynch #2. We need a high information lynch, and we need it now. An arbitrary deadline is just what the doctor ordered. It's not scummy, and I don't know how it ever entered into your mind that it was. It's perhaps one of the most pro-town things in the thread right now.

To be fair, this wasn't so much an attack on you as it was on mastin/Titus (I don't remember which one) who called my vote one on a vanity wagon, but said nothing about yours after all the talk about compromise.

But sure, I'll get a quote from Mina if you'd like. It's not going to make you feel better, but whatever.

Also, we couldn't rely on waiting for a claim at this point, sadly. CDB I wouldn't feel bad because if he's truly scum, he would've drawn it out too long to realistically get a second lynch in anyway.
