Devoured is a new kill flavor, so its possible its one off which means a protect or redirect worked out to stop incinerate/eviscerate. It also possible that one of them stopped because werewolves are dead.

With 2 werewolves dead, it's not surprising that eviscerate stopped. Unless someone can explain the lack of target submission from the faction N3. (elusive said she forgot, PV was AFK...)
There's no reason for incinerate to stop because that faction was alive at D4 and no mafia died since then (only werewolves).

Oranje Crush remembered that they were hungry, i.e. they gained an immediate night kill around N3, and N5 was the first time they could use it. Which we just witnessed.
