Two mislynch means 15 alive for tomorrow.
Scum shoot 2 (which unlocks shooting three assuming honest UT). This leaves 13 alive tomorrow.

That's what happens post UT claiming Alquin. I don't see how Town!UT hasn't done this math at all given the likely doctor is outed and Alquin cannot be healed.
