for the champion mastery there appear to be two different numbers for me. One that says +1247 and then if I mouse over it, it gives me my grade and +268. Does anyone have an idea what those two numbers come from?

How can a Bronze I be an elobooster?

I remember beating a Platinum 1 player as Silver 1 myself and I really thought he was elo boosted himself because he was around Silver 4 skill level.

the person PLAYING was an elo booster, not the account holder. He wasn't elo boosted. He was in process of it.

Presumably because the account holder was already placed. Say you place into Bronze III and you want to get Gold V. You pay some guy to play on your account until you hit Gold V.

It's my second report this week, weirdly enough (not counting in game ones). I reported this other guy who said in champ select:

I looked him up and... yup. He's been feeding (0-32-2 Nunu was my favorite) so I dodged, but I reported him. Since Riot told me "we'll look into it but because of privacy can't tell you if we did anything" he hasn't played another game. So... vindication.

It's pretty much the first thing to look at. Everyone has their preference of which key to put flash on. Admittedly, there's a 50% chance that even if they are using someone else's account they'll have the same preference.

That said, I used to put flash on F, but after the bajillionth accidental flash from trying to ping, I moved it to D.

Lately they've been releasing them undertuned at least. Better than the not so glory days of 2012 when basically every champ was bugged and/or incredibly overpowered to the tune of 60% win rates. The main problem now is they knee jerk buff them and it brings them a little too high, which is when they centralize the meta around themselves. Out of the last 7 champs that came out, I want to say only Rek'Sai and Braum were day 1 power houses. Unless we count rework Sion and probably rework Ashe. But yeah: Gnar, Kalista,

Velkoz

, Azir, and Bard all got buffs after release.

Edit: 2012 was definitely the worst for guys being OP on release I think, but it wasn't like it was every single time then either. But Nami, Syndra, and Sejuani don't cancel out Darius, Zyra, Diana, Lulu, Rengar, ect.

When I said Bard I was referencing him being undertuned. A better sentence would have ended "was released in a not insanely OP state".
