Try to have 10000 when you hit level 20 (for runes), but it's fine to buy folks.

I'd probably only buy really expensive champions like Jinx if you've played them on free rotation.

In general the OP gap is way less important than lots of other factors.

The biggest thing i personally find with the new Ashe is she's the main ADC in requirement of actual luck, as she has to rely on most other ADC's not landing their crit's on her.

Also is it just me or does her Q focusy thing not seem to crit? (this could be to do with their new number showing system for all i actually know)

I'm pretty sure it still gets the bonus crit damage, the stacking combat text just appears instead of the crit.

I really suggest playing the free champs exclusively. If there's a free champ you loved and was 450, buy it. Otherwise, save your IP for runes. Wait until you're near 30 to spend IP or RP on a champion you're sure you're going to like.

The crit passive stacks with it multiplicatively according to her wiki.

Cause honestly i haven't noticed the change to his W (that's probably just me) and he was already decent just not amazing outside of laning.
