Literally every vote that he has cast has been opportunistic. I especially dislike the recent Cerb vote. The “Am I really doing this” and “no I’m not doing this” wrt his chat with Cerb seems really fake to me. And then he says that he’s voting Cerb for his belief that scum can’t fake logic. He’s essentially voting Cerb for his opinion on mafia theory… even though it’s not clear why Cerb would lie about theory in this case. I think Flubber just wanted to find his own reason for joining the (next) wagon, and just happened to choose a crappy one.

He is scum.

Just pointing out that tere made a similar conclusion and then read about three posts down

Flubbernugget: The biggest wagon vote. Why? And why did you say that as your reason? I'm considering it may have been a facetious comment, but on the other hand...

@everyone: is it town to just pile on to the biggest wagon early D1? I'm actually not sure. I can see some sort of warped justification of pressuring people, but..as I said before, it rubs me wrong.

a generic question will get a generic answer: it depends on the situation. and you will only know the answer till later.

if the biggest wagon is on town, it is most definitely not town to pile onto it. regardless of the reason. 99% of instances there will be at least 1 scum on that wagon.

if the biggest wagon is on scum, go ahead and pile on. but scum might bus depending on how bad that scumbuddy is.

you won't know what it is until later in the game/the game ends/you are dead.

rule of thumb is to pile onto the biggest wagon if and only if all your townreads are on that wagon.

...

Perhaps I should rephrase rhat so you understand.

Is there a time when it's good play for a town player to jump on a wagon early in D1 ONLY because it's the biggest. I'm just trying to understand what town motivation someone could have for that, because I don't see it.

No.

Key phrasing: "ONLY because it's the biggest, with no other reasons."

I'd like to see what your point is with this.

That is my point. And now the vote on me, which he gave more reason for...but I think still represents a jump onto the biggest wagon, not positive without a vote count. Even if tied, its at the least a jump onto the wagon with the most momentum.

Again, it's not enough cause for me to vote him until I at least see him try to explain the town motivation behind this sequence of votes.

Potassium-40

Image

Potassium-40 (40K) is a radioactive isotope of potassium which has a very long half-life of 1.251×109 years. It makes up 0.012% (120 ppm) of the total amount of potassium found in nature.

Potassium-40 is a rare example of an isotope that undergoes all three types of beta decay. About 89.28% of the time, it decays to calcium-40 (40Ca) with emission of a beta particle (β−, an electron) with a maximum energy of 1.33 MeV and an antineutrino. About 10.72% of the time it decays to argon-40 (40Ar) by electron capture, with the emission of a 1.460 MeV gamma ray and a neutrino. The radioactive decay of this particular isotope explains the fact that argon is the cheapest totally inert gas available. Very rarely (0.001% of the time) it will decay to 40Ar by emitting a positron (β+) and a neutrino.

whoa, shoot. i totally didn't notice those posts from flubber dude, guess he is THAT unmemorable eh?

thing is, those are really early in the game, so we can say that he was "in the RVS stage"

so you're right. nothing incriminating.

if a similar action happened more recently, for example, that would then be a good reason to vote him

That one has three definitive metas...

Lurkaderp as town PR

Try to be helpful but is being all over the place as town vanilla

Cheeky, lotsa post as scum

A man is noting much and more cheek from him this game. Also, a man is forever reading "wickedestjr" as "wickedjester" until just now, so pardon the confusion.

Just to clarify, are you talking about your opinion of ZXXX or of Metal Sonic in this post?

A man is saying ZZZX plays in one of three very specific ways. When that one is cheeky, that one is playing scum.

Yes, seriously. Several things you've done are really bothering me. I'll lay them out in a bit but I'm busy with something else right now.
Mostly V/LA at weekends. GTKAS - Tere
I am also really too busy to play mafia to the quality level I prefer. I should spectate. If you see me in more than one game tell me off! Also invite me to cool games to spectate. I will bring cupcakes! <3

@Ank, Zzzx, Vezok: are you getting bad feelings from Jaqen's posts? Or is it just the last game rubbing off on me?

Nope, i just(as I said when I posted my reads) started rereading the thread with the intent of making posts that actually contributed to the game, instead of jusr discussing theory, since I was finallly home, realized 7 pages in I was entirely too tired to actually do that, and in those 7 pages those votes of yours jumped out at me.

Then I don't get why the posts jumped out at you.

Jumping on the biggest wagon with no information is ok.

Switching to the biggest wagon within 40 posts should be ok too if you agree that nothing substantial happened in them
