Did you skip brutalizer altogether? I was grabbing it and just never finishing it, but it feels really bad.

I had 10% CDR with just runes and masteries, and hit 30 once I got BC which was my rush. then with blue it was 40, and I was getting blues. I like Brutalizer, but I feel like in this current meta it's not very useful, the percent armor shred is better than the CDR.

Brutalizer is in a horrid spot right now.

Other then ADC's i don't think i have bought it since new BC.

i didn't watch the whole thing but it should not work with bushes, though, so that's fair.

brut is still core on many AD champions
I haven't ever not bought it when I play Talon/Yi/Riven
then again I've seen many rivens skip brut and rush bc and still do incredibly well so there's that

and IE+double PD+Youmuus on adc is redic if you can rush it early atm

Doesn't that push toward the cap for attack speed when the active is enabled, particularly if you use Attack speed runes+frenzy+fury?

It works if you ward the bush's so it's basically able to spot Eve even entering into mid.

brut is really solid for ad casters

flat arpen and flat magipen are probably the most underrated stats in the game

I've been trying to build a 100% crit jinx for funzies. I'm finding it hard to make it work without sacrificing too much.

Eh I feel like that's giving up a lot. I haven't really tried it starting with runes though (I'm embarassingly bad at rune setup).

double pd is a fairly standard lategame jinx setup, I believe.

I have qualified for my promos to Gold!

Ardent Censer Sona has carried me through Silver I * pretty much. I only bought her on this account starting with Silver I, and have a 78% win rate and a 5.8 KDA with her over 18 games.

*I now notice that my league is titled Sona's Commandos so it's particularly appropriate.
