I made it clear that I was going to switch back to this, if mastin didn't get any support. But if I see behavior that I think is scummy, then I'm going to pursue it. Everyone not voting Aristo or Kari needs to be... Kari is still a much better lynch than Aristo, she is scummier and she has already claimed VT.

Given the amount of uncertainty in your reads, I don't think you're ready to do anything by PoE. I think you're bullshitting about your read on me, but I can't tell if you're doing it because you're lazy or scum. I brought it up to talk over with nacho and mastin in hopes of getting them engaged in a discussion.

Yep and I see your point. I'm uncertain about my bottom six or seven reads (so they have been changing a bit), but I'm confident enough in the rest of my reads. POE is just how I scum hunt. I haven't been proactive in developing a read on you because I don't have any concrete reasons and I have stronger scum reads which I have been pursuing.

If the commute inventor is scum, then they already know who is getting night killed and they could theoretically just give their commute to some other townish/nightkillable player. I’m starting to think the commute inventor is scum with you (if it’s not you).

I’m not answering this question. It’s too role-fishy. I’ve already (inadvertently) made it clear to scum that I’m not the commute inventor. All I will say is this: if the commute inventor is scum, that doesn’t mean town has no protective roles.

Regardless of the commute inventor’s alignment, mastin’s reason for town reading them is seriously flawed. That’s my issue. The commute inventor, if scum, can very easily protect the players that they know scum will not kill. Townish players receiving commutes is not telling… Am I wrong, Nacho?

It’s the confidence in her read here that bothers me (because of her poor track record). If mastin were town that legitimately suspected me, I would expect her scumread on me to be of similar strength to her Flubber or vezok scum reads. But it seems unusually stronger.

I discussed with Cerb and convinced him that I had a valid point. He just needed more information. I feel that T S O has misrepped/misunderstood my argument, so I don’t give his mastin-defense any credibility right now. I could give you many examples of players criticizing my correct cases. When my scum reads are right, I’m rarely able to get support.

Mastina isn't horrible. She kept her vote parked for most of day 1, and has basically just taken the opposite position to whatever I argue, like a bit of a trope. I'm not caring for Mastina at all at the moment.

Basically...Wicked's vote looked like scum, period. It looked a lot more like scum voting town than scum voting scum, but scum bussing's not impossible. It just doesn't look town.

What could you possibly find suspicious about a compromise vote? I explained why I don't like the Aristo bandwagon, so I voted for the only other option that town was interested in, the player that I think has a greater chance at flipping scum. You're scum or confbiasing if you seriously have issue with this, I'm literally voting for someone that you suspect - struggling to see your problem.

No, I accurately pointed out no sane doctor (which the commute inventor serves as) would EVER have protected ZZZX (one nightkill), and there are DOZENS of reasons why the commute inventor wouldn't have protected Bins (among them being: not townreading her, not seeing her claim, not thinking she would be nightkilled, thinking someone else--Lying Cat--was far better a target, etc.), the other nightkill. We have a sample size of two. In short, just because the commute-inventor hasn't stopped a nightkill yet doesn't mean they won't. Sure, doc saves in games are pretty dang rare thanks to sheer probability and the doctor not being in the know, but if the doc lives long enough, then it's BOUND to happen sooner or later.

But if the commute inventor was scum, and they knew that scum wanted to nightkill Bins, what is the disadvantage of giving the commute to Lying Cat? It's simple flow prediction. You've been going where you've predicted the flow would go, early on. That's the way I can best describe it. Sometimes, it's wrong, and you end up being the only one there (like voting Flubber), sometimes, it's right. But that doesn't change that it's still opportunism all the same. You don't have to be near the end of a wagon to be opportunistic. You don't even have to have much of a wagon at all to be opportunistic. The important thing about opportunism is sensing a weakness, latching onto it, and getting in while the going's good. Precise movements, well-executed, but still scum-driven.
