RC's one post is seriously lacking in content now that i look at it a bit more, and the reads he gives do not have much reasoning behind them, saying he likes this post or that post. need redcoyote to come in the thread and give us all an update tbh. said he loves the playerlist and wishes we were playing in real time and then lurks ?????we got purple actavis i thought it was a drought!- BlueBloodedToffee

I would personally scum-read someone if I thought they were purposefully posting "filler" posts that "lack content" to act like they were scum-hunting. Your null read on me therefore interests me.- Shinobi

i would like for rc to come and post more than one post, but i would be willing to vote him if he continued to lurk in the manner he is.
@keyser soze, i know and agree. while you are posting filler posts that lack content, you are also posting a lot about reads and actively making cases in thread, leading to me believe you actually think you can gain something useful from said contentless posts.
hence the null readwe got purple actavis i thought it was a drought!- redFF

Yes, a town-lean on WoodyWoodpecker's slot at the moment - it was probably around page 10 (post #225 onwards) that I began to re-evaluate my read on WoodyWoodpecker - re-reading his posts I could see how his emotive posts could be from the perspective of a townie (even if I disagreed with his in-game attitude).
Taking a step back then allowed me to focus on the players who were both on WoodyWoodpecker's wagon and those who were sat on the periphery.- Kmd4390

No. I'm doing that now. I agree with you that he should have gone back to reqd what he missed, but why is that poor scum play and not poor town play? Why do you already seem to be scumhunting on the Woody wagon (Bulb, redff, absta) like you already know he'll flip town? You're also pushing Woody for not commenting on the Haschel wagon. I don't believe I commented on it either (I could be wrong). If I didn't, does that make me scum? Do you think Haschel is scum?
It was the wording. It made me feel like he had been reading the game but 'didn't notice' the votes piling up on Haschel. It's poor scum play because of the subtle changes in his story and the pure convenience of his stance on it.
Am I not allowed to look at who joined the wagon and why? Should I ignore all other people until Woody is lynched? Why are you firing loaded questions at me?
I'm pushing Woody for both his ignoring of the wagon until prompted and his reactions afterwards. I don't know if Haschel is scum, he has barely posted anything.
I don't get that impression from his tone. Can you be more specific? And can you show me where he's changed his story? I've seen him elaborate but nothing seems to contradict. I agree with analyzing the wagon but you've found three votes you don't like and seem sure that they are scummy votes, yet you aren't questioning your Woody read at all. If it was me who was voting Woody and saw so many bad votes on him, and I agree they are bad, I'd start to wonder: are they bussing? Could I be wrong about my vote? Are that many people really just bad town? You seem sure Woody is scum, yet you continue to attack those voting for him. It doesn't make logical sense to me.
Keyser, I'm town reading you. I like the way you analyze and appear to be genuinely looking for scum. Let me know if you need specifics, but I don't see the point to be honest.
I just noticed after seeing Keyser quote it that Ban's examples of questionable redff posts all came before ban said redff was town. Interesting. I'm curious what made Ban change his mind.
absta wrote: This doesn't work; I already clarified what I meant by being active in post 123 which was before you asked me this question

That is an interesting point.
Let's look at the chronology:
"[neutral]#168 is a little meh but I shouldnt talk as I pretty much did the same thing"
"[positive]#176 was probbably his best post, both a good question and observation about scum in rvs"
"[negative]#181 is a little forced"
"[positive]#187 is a very good question"
Banakai posts his read [Post #195, Banakai: "Also red ff is town"]
[negative]"#203 kinda concerns me with its tone though"
It's only possibly Banakai's comment on post #181 which contradicts his town read of redFF.- Shinobi

I elaborated on it as much as I can in 215. I really can't explain it any better than that.
I thought you said you had played with me before? You don't seem to be aware of how I play Mafia. I'm always confident. I'm always 100% on my reads, I don't see the point in being wishy-washy.
I was happy to vote Woody and wait for people to respond to my posts. If you agree that there are bad votes on the Woody wagon; why have you done nothing about it? (aside from questioning my vote/read)
Just because people vote the person who I am scum reading, that doesn't mean I can't analyze their votes/reasons for joining the wagon. What you're essentially saying is that I should stop all scum hunting outside of the person I am voting which is preposterous.Meta this. Meta that. Meta Everything. Meta is not a good scum-hunting tool. PEOPLE CAN MANIPULATE THEIR META. Stop it. Stop. It. Now.- Doctor Who

I am having trouble reconciling these two statements. You said, three posts below this one, that you feel that RC's attack on Woody was non-genuine. That seems a somewhat contradictory position, unless you believe that RC is scum boarding the bus on Woody.
What about RedFF? How does he fit into the puzzle?- absta101

Well I don't care for any associations before flips. Both of them are scummy right now.
RedFF is slightly scummy now that I look at his ISO, he has just been posting shit all this time (nothing of substance).- BlueBloodedToffee

I'm happy with the number of votes on RC. I think Boon needs some as well, these are probably the two best lynches atm. I want to give Woodys replacement a chance to redeem the slot.
