The double-vote activation being passive would explain that decently enough, although I can't come up with a good flavor explanation. I think he's possibly probably town but I don't think he's confirmed and I think he needs to be purged first because of the strength of a scum doublevoter the smaller the game gets as well as his other goodies.

We can have Starbuck shatter again and she will be counted as dead per the mod's word, which would mean that our win condition would be met if she shattered as the last scum. As a side note, I initially read that as "Starbucks" and cringed for her sake.

There have been SKs in small games before.
I am also a vigilante and have already produced a dead body, and vigilantes are not common fare in every game.

The proof we have that they aren't investigative-immune is that Grapes was informed that he could get a false "MAFIA" result in the game; giving him a false "TOWN" result and not informing him of as much is bad modding and wgeurts certainly isn't a bad mod.

I'm making no arguments that Firebringer is confirmed town.
