I still have an issue with cdb's vig choice, doesn't really make sense to me. But then why would scumkmd do this just so save bins?

I'm not sure there is a "standard" JOAT. As far as I see it, it's just a role that has multiple different One-Shot abilities. That's why it's super convenient for scum to claim.
