Because I'm really going to capitalize on "OMG the wiki says...". It's actually similar to when people say I'm scum for going V/LA. It takes me away from the game and annoys me for personal reasons because it assumes I'm doing something I wouldn't do even if I was scum.

Because you're not attacking the argument. It's almost like you're giving the argument validity by ignoring the crux of it and going, "But, I don't even check the wiki! I can prove it!" It felt like over-explaining. It felt like you were scared of the attack and went above and beyond to try and defend yourself from something that shouldn't hold any water anyway. Scared isn't at all how I feel. If anything, I'm getting detatched and less motivated to finish reading because no one actually goes back to see what dead town players said anymore.
