OH no. Jeanne must needs be able to explain her thought process fully when questioned. Being in a hydra isn't absolving one from clear thought and reasoning. Interesting this one is thinking it somehow does.

This is made to confuse Jeanne and put her on the wrong trail, so Jeanne won't bother to answer this.

No, but I'll be clear so it can't confuse you. This is a scenario question, and I'll reword it a bit..

You are a manager of a grocery store.

A large sum of money comes up missing from a till.

You have narrowed down your suspects to two after having questioned your entire team in depth, neither of whom have any money on them.

The first person maintains they don't know how the money came up missing, nor do they know where it could be

The second person takes you to where the money is stashed behind some bread and says they saw the other put it there.

Who is most likely to be the guilty party?

Umm..what? It's straight up questions. Being in a hydra doesn't absolve you from having independent thought or having to answer for your thoughts. You said you concur with Titus's vote therefor you must have reasons to scum read him. You get no hydra pass (which doesn't exist anyhow) to not explain your rationale. All a hydra does is let you become acquainted with how your partner thinks and have someone to bounce ideas off and mesh ideas with to come to better conclusions. That's it. You still have to explain your thought processes.

So again- you're scum reading me, WHY?

The first one is the more likely suspect. But the 2nd one could also do something like that to save their own ass. Nothing is black and white as you put it out to be. Mafia can and will do crazy things to win and nothing is off-limits to them.

This has nothing to do with Mafia. It has to do with how your mind works. There is a correct answer if this were real life, as a construct there is no fence sitting. So, let you guard down and pick one please.

That's what I thought. You have no answer, because you're afraid of being caught in a lie and revealed. Titus probably back seated you due to your lack of big game experience until she could establish a town read for your slot. Now that she's done that enough with a few players she's letting you out of your shell. I've seen her do things like this with new scum before so it's not surprising she'd do it to a hydra partner who is new to large games and happ no to pull a scum role.

To my question there really was no right answer as a construct. One answer would make it our "because you're full of bs" reason likely from a mind that works that way, the only her answer would have been cognitive dissonance that would show, at the least, that the thought wasn't your own. Which really doesn't matter now, because you've already admitted to lying and withholding information. Should just answered the question.

Irl, the second person did it. They have no problem with tattling or they wouldn't have even as the pool was narrowed down. Yet, when the pool was large and they were questioned they didn't reveal where the money was or who did it. This shows they were hoping to get away with it and keep the cash. When the pressure was applied they were desperate for an out.

@shiro,

Itepip and Spifflop were killed because they were scum wagons and no one was ever going to vote them. Given a scum lynch on day 1 with a large townblock that was all townreading each other, scum had no choice. If that townblock kept going, scum were likely to be lynched.

DS and EE interactions on this day alone are terrible. I engage EE in a discussion of DS reads. EE takes DS is probably town. I ask him not subtly because I am not subtle, what he'd do if a "little birdie" said DS was guilty. It lacked so much subtlety that DS was wondering why I was being coy. EE's response, asking if I was certain, was the wrong one. If someone is crumbing a cop guilty, you don't ask them if they are certain. You vote or challenge it.

Upon finding out my guilty was fake, EE votes the counterwagon to DS without any reason or prior expressed suspicion. There's zero thought as to sorting out why I punked him or thought he was partners with DS or why I didn't keep the charade up longer.

In 2014, I bat my eyelashes to get Spider Gwen to vote scum. She agrees. EE later tries to paint that as bullying.

Ee's response to me politely asking my mason buddy (hi scum wifom) SG to vote is to say
"let's get this over with"
and vote DS. Given scum couldn't coordinate with daychat to get a counterwagon to Klingon, who arguably had scum's most important role, they would feel very defeated I locked onto another scum. Elyse, TWIE, and TSO also saw the same issue simultaneously.

On page 82 now, EE is on a kick that I demanded people vote Dapper. Now, I don't think batting eyelashes is a demand or EE must not get laid much. It's flirty whimsical and everything but a demand. He uses that attack to avoid addressing the concern, which asked him to identify any alleged bullshit he's frustrated with. Instead, he AtEs saying I am going to prove I am town by self-voting. He spews about how this isn't anti-wincon. However, he does imply that town are following me. That is extremely useful as it practically confirms the people vote parked on Klingon yesterday as town.

Onto page 83 now, EE tries to push us for pushing BS and stating in a smaller game he wouldn't put up with this. He has never stated what said BS is. Second, I basically ended the day saying vote Klingon and not engaging anyone because it was clear scum were not going to bus until inevitable.

2057, Dapper prematurely claims in the thread VT and throws dirt. He says to quicklynch him. This is indicative of major fear and survival instinct given the day just started.

Onto page 84, DS tries to gambit cop and fails hysterically. Like no one is going to believe that ever. You can't ask for your own speed lynch and then try to imply you're the cop with a guilty. SG and I recognize this for what it is. DS is cop fishing. In 2090, he asks SG to claim cop or scum because she won't mislynch me.
This confirms DS knows I am town.
given DS is cop hunting, SG and I unite to say speed lynch.

On page 85, EE is discussing whether he should vote DS with DS in the public chat.

Pages 86-87, I imply one of us could be friendly neighbor. DS's response is another rolefish.

So no, I don't see any reason why anyone has DS as town.

@DS,

TSO hydraed with me as scum. He was annoyed because I wouldn't bus Frogger. We had a huge fight. Good luck selling that fiction.

I'm innocent because my role card says I'm innocent. It's up to you- the accuser- to prove me guilty. Not for me to prove I'm innocent. The only two ways of doing that are quoting my role card or dropping a trust tell- both of which would have me banned for at least a month.

Contrived statements? Where?

Umm...again? I don't believe you've ever caught me as scum Jeanne, and this isn't that first time.

I think it was because her statements gave me 'scum vibe' for a while. Upon rereading, however, I started thinking otherwise.

Which statements?

While we know Elyse cannot be group scum, those feelings have to be investigated given two likely evil killers.elyse can then defend against them to confirm or deny the suspicions.

Second, I am fully capable of being wrong. Moon logic can be wrong.

No, the person trying to get away with things is giving accurate information. The one who knows nothing is full of bs because that's all they can be full of. And as a construct it is showing how a person's mind works. It's only when they choose an answer that's the exact opposite of examples of their supposed thought process that gives any evidence one way or the other. For instance, had you picked person two it would show that you have a deeper thought process that looks beyond the surface for answers. That wouldn't have match scum reading me for being full of bs.

You refusing to pick an answer, however, shows a very high likelihood that you are scum. Because you are following Titus's lead, and because you're trying hard to not be the one to mess up you are afraid to pick an answer because you don't know what I'm getting at. If you were town, you would have just picked an answer. Because you can't mess up. Because 75% of the people in the game (roughly) are town, and if I'd lied and after saying this is to test your thought process had called you out for your thought process alone as a sign of guilt they all wouldn't stand for it.

But, you trying to be oh so careful, did any work I thought I'd have to do for me. Kinda like when you concentrate really hard to walk a straight line and can't, yet when you don't try at all you never wobble.
