I'm going to bed, and it would be a lovely Christmas present if I woke up and saw that big red flip. Make it happen.

Here's a good reason: who stood up for the dapper wagon?

And if you scum read me, who's standing up for me?

Where is the hesitancy? All the scum hide in scumholes scared of the mighty Titus and TSO? Is that what you think?

Why did dapper all of a sudden change to scunreading me?

Hers another reason: dapper let's his emotions free with his frustration against spifflop. Poor decision if scum. Explain it how you want but there's quite a bit of confbias there.

Well, to put it bluntly, yes. In this game, scum are literally attempting to lurk the game out.

I was sorta expecting dapper to at least try claiming.
As the last rays of sunlight fade, one killer chases another through the tangled madness of the city.
A flash of steel announces the presence of his quarry.
The stage is set.
The night explodes.

That and desperately cling to any possible viable town wagon. It's pretty obvious that scum and Sk can only flail franticly at the major wagons and lurk.

Ego is hot air. You know we need something physical to fill that space.

Are you going to explain this so called gambit or townread on DS?

I'm not gambitting right now. I already explained the gambit in the other game. I don't know what you're talking about there.

I also explained my town read in ds in part. The other part is I can see where he's coming from. I'm pretty sure he's town.

Did you not understand these posts?
Extrapolated Eagle wrote:Ok. I got it: it wasn't great. But I hardcore tunneled hanso which lead to excellent wagon analysis from moonlight, iirc. My problem was I got caught up in the tunneling and then got sick with confbias fever and maybe almost lost us the game.

Extrapolated Eagle wrote:Soo it actually didn't turn out too well. If moonlight hadn't been there we would have died fast, I think. Nachomamma saved us a bit too by calling it out d3.

I'm let me try to rephrase.... I picked somebody and tunneled them hard. It wasn't a great gambit. It actually went poorly and wasn't greatly planned either. But it did help with the win in a way.

It doesn't explain anything. Gambit isn't synonymous with strategy or tool. A gambit is an action that has a clear cut method and purpose. For instance, in a finished game, I fake claimed sheriff because I knew a player was scum and town refused to lynch them. That's a gambit. Clear motivation, clear intended result, and information to be gathered.

Here, the motivation, intended result, and information are abysmal. I can't find any of it. So no, I don't know what your gambit is at all. You have used the phrase but in a meaningless way. I don't even know who you're tunneling on.

Third, vote analysis works when people pursue scumreads via scumhunting. Although my VCA is moderately effective, it has minor issues. It basically supposes optimal play from all involved. Random tunneling isn't a gambit but just an obstruction at best.

I am going to put you in the need to review file. I so like 75% sure you're scum, but given the last game I completed with do called experts, I think taking a second look is ok. (In that game town lynched a guy who said he was an investigator, but didn't understand his role pm, a doctor who rather than CCing a scum that claimed bodyguard made up he healed himself and tried to prevent his lie from being busted, and the outed architect for lol no reason and got like zero cross kills). That's not even the worst I have seen. So look, there's time to right the ship. Not if you don't try though. I will state that Dapper is scum. You might just be stubborn and new. Clamming up helps me determine neither.

Nobody is MOD confirmed until they flip. If you're town you need to stop putting shit like this in the thread. The only MOD CONFIRMED are Klingon, Spifflop and itlepip. That's it. You put shit like this out there, deep come along and think there's a mod confirmed guilty on the lead wagon, and then jump on blindly...

Hmm...

You know what

So,this one is in favor of conf bias. Check.

What do you think of Stranger questioning the mod during the night about your role and whether you confirmed me?

Wait-oh, what makes you think that I'm 1–Shot and I used my Shot last Night? Curiosity kills the cat, I know, but Kitty kills the Spider first. ^_^
As for the other question, there are plenty of possibilities. And I think you wouldn't ask questions like that if Dapper weren't wagoned now.

You presented the Clotide gambit as only working once. A 1-shot. Why do you think scum would try to kill you after using that one shot? As for Dapper, think about the motivation there. There was no reason for them to ask the mod about your role if they were town. First, what town doesn't like conf. town? You can see this thought process in even their most recent posts where they are trying to shoot down the whole concept. That's not a town thought process. Second, if they were town why would they think the mod would even answer them? Town would know that wouldn't happen. They'd take their skepticism into the next day. Asking the mod about a role that powerful points to butthurt scum.

In respect to why I wanted to know exactly which of Gwen or Titus is the supposed Friendly Neighbor:

I think Gwen and PS could actually both be scum based on neither of them wanting to spill the beans on who is supposedly the Friendly Neighbor. It gives plausible deniability to either should the other be lynched or otherwise killed off because they can then just claim FN. That's the kind of overly complicated strategy Titus will employ as scum. Her number one motivation as scum is to be town read and to throw a town blanket over her team. She's relentless in pursuing this and will try like hell to get rid of any and all who may question it or flat out call it bullshit.

Now, if this is going down, someone lynch us. Either that or wait til after Christmas because Fresh is busy with family stuff and he's not going to be around til then if you're waiting fir him.

Maybe EE then.

@DS, Lol. You wanna fish. Not happening. Night kill us to figure out which is which. Second, it's not. It's stupid and moronic for scum. Scum should be flexible. Locking yourself into a claim and read doesn't work in 95% of scenarios for scum. My number one motivation as scum is to survive. I naturally feel a maternal instinct towards those on my team, to help and aid.

I am not answering your rolefish.

Any protective role needs to be on either Stormy or TSO. They will be the ones taking the game forward when I die.

It means that dapper going from towniest town on me to probably scum makes me think he suffered from the same confusion and frustration I went through when Klingon flipped town, spiff and itlepip were killed, and Titus came into today knowing what she wanted to do with no confusion whatsoever.

I did want to talk to you. I was suspicious of you at the time. Still am, kind of. I wanted to know your read if alch, aj, and dapper after the flip. Now I want to add spider Gwen and Titus to that list. If possible. I know that's a long list, so it's ok if you just share like super basic reads and then I can ask questions where neededd.
