Well.. What you said makes sense; given the meta for role madness, it'd be close to suicide for scum to claim VT. I can't shake off the feeling that kuroi claimed VT deliberately but again.. I can't tell if I'm just confbiasing myself at this point.

Well, given the way Kuroi said "Vanilla Superhero," and the fact that Lane confirmed it, I think it's pretty safe to say he's telling the truth.

If that's what had happened, I would have expected Kuroi to be more careful with his claim.

Like, town Kuroi reading his legit "Vanilla Superhero" role card at the beginning of the game and going, "Ok I'm a VT," and not really paying attention to it for the rest of the game, and just claiming VT? I can totally see that.

Scum Kuroi getting a fake "Vanilla Superhero" role card, and then leaving out the word "Superhero" (which would definitely convince any other VTs that his role card was legit? Not so much.

I went through and re read everyone's ISO. This is something I actually haven't done this game yet. After reading his ISO, it seemed like the general tone of his posts were more from a town player and seemed to be truly scum hunting instead of just trying to look like he is scum hunting. Soren was the exact opposite and seemed to be just a lot of fluff. His posts mainly are asking other players of their thoughts and reads rather than giving any reads of his own.

Overly paranoid, I'd say. The only way either one of them is scum is if they are both scum and, in that case, it's an insanely risky gambit that's gonna get them caught. So, I'm not concerned about them.

Idk, but I have never seen a game that has VT as a minority in town. It's either non existent or a majority. If you know of an example please link me and I will change my opinion.
