Basically you are just being lazy and saying that any vote against someone that is scumreading you is OMGUS. Mirhawk's is OMGUS because the reason he gives for scumreading me is that I am scumreading him. TPP's, whether valid or not, is based on interactions with flipped scum.

I think Mirhawk's town, but they're about to die. The most important thing for me to do in this situation is obviously to exhaustively rip all their reads apart so everyone else can see just how bad they are. That'll totally make everyone not lynch them.

Effort is not indicative of alignment and I don't think you're stupid enough to think that's the case. And unless you're trying to say that Plot is incapable of emulating his towngame with his scumgame that's a stupid argument.

I find associatives a vague and frustrating way to look for scum in general. I'm always terrified of leaving them when I'm scum, and I have a ton of difficulty finding them when I'm town. And that's before things happen to muddy the water like scum purposely screwing with associatives.

How else are you supposed to find scum, then? What do you think is the most reliable tell? It's always easier for me to find scum when there's been a flip or two. The game is about interactions.

I still use them, I just don't believe myself to be particularly good at looking for them. My point was rather that I find them frustrating in general, it doesn't really have much to do with the game.

And if you'd like me to phrase this in a less combative way, no we are not just trying to look for a vague idea of where the scum are and this is something that I feel is decently obvious since that's not something someone spends a significant amount of time looking for. I find your "I did what you did with 30 minutes and a spreadsheet!" comment to be intentionally insulting. If I have misinterpreted this, could you talk about what directions you've found from it because I haven't seen those directions through your posts today (all of your reads look exactly the same).

Cerb asked for my reads a little while ago, that's generally speaking the members of town that I think the scum team are hiding in.

Also as much as I hate to admit it, I can't be in the end game. About a third of the town has scumreads on me and don't seem inclined to think about them.

It's more productive when looking at objective data to try not to let those previous biases creep in or else there's no reason to look at that objective data in the first place. It's like if I was doing VCA and I called Dwlee scum every time he popped up in a group; if I am that confident about my reads, I don't need any of that in the first place.

I'm just saying I don't think its as easy as you're saying for someone to ignore their previous thoughts while rechecking. Bias is extremely difficult to eliminate.

Nobody? Though that's not really the point I was getting at.

I view seniors wagon as more of a symptom of my wagon falling apart more then anything else.

When my wagon fell apart at the deadline those votes needed somewhere to move to, the way the game has played out made seniors pretty controversial all game. That made them the only real viable wagon.

So sure, you were instrumental in getting the wagon together. But you never caused the situation that made their wagon the only option people had.

Personally if I had to pick someone to be responsible, it would probably be the first or second person who ditched my wagon near the deadline. I can't remember who those would be though.

At this point, I think an Axel lynch seems impossible. I think Mirhawk is scum, but I'm not entirely convinced, and I don't think his flip will do as much active good to solidify reads as solving the TPP vs FS fight, so I feel like I have to make a stand there.

The only real thing stopping me from a TPP lynch has been other players' perspectives. I scumread the people wagonning on TPP, and townread the people wagonning FS, but just reading their posts, I honestly think TPP is more scummy. So maybe I have to reevaluate my perspectives on dwlee, dramonic,
