This is my first game outside RTRome, so I'm looking for advice on how deep to dive into the wiki's roles section. (Like, should I worry about Insane Cops and stuff?) Thanks

This is a normal game, so only roles in the Normal Game Wiki are gonna show up. Now, we do have 6 scum so assume some weakened version of scum stuff.
Also Kappy is a double voter, or Shea fucked up 7 votecounts in a row or something.

delaying a scum lynch is bad and scummy. Why would you not lynch scum? It only helps the town. If you mean for the rest of the day, I agree. but he should not be allowed to live past d1 if you are sure he is scum.

There are multiple people I'm sure are scum. I can't lynch all of them day 1.

Yeah, I wasn't quite clear. I saw Kappy trying to "get a rise" out of KTS more than just a scumhunting reaction. The egging on, mocking grammar etc. looked like trying to provoke a blowup. KTS, Kappy, and I just finished a game where KTS got wrongly scumread by many after going off a bit. Thought Kappy might've been going for something clever in getting the ball rolling on KTS.
Don't know how much you all are relying on that little dynamic between the two of them in scumreading KTS, but I see Kappy as scummy for making the play.
