What caused this turnaround on Kuroi? And what exactly about the entrance pinged you?

The turnaround on Kuroi started at the VT discussion. The beginnings of the discussion didn't look particularly town to me, but by the end of it, Kuroi was looking much better, and I believed his claim. It also helped to see how others were treating it and also to see how he was treating others. It was at that point he began to scumhunt more, thus why he looked much better. But the initial entrance pinged me because it didn't feel like the Kuroi I expected to see, which...now I've begun to see.

Although, Ranger, why are you strong townreading me? To be frank, I don't think I've been doing that great of a job so far. Why so high on your list?

Well bluntly, your playstyle is always a bit scummy, so I have to filter your posting through that first. But after the filter of, "okay, Clumsy's always a bit scummy", looking at what you've done and when, it makes me think you're actually doing stuff on both earths, and producing original content with some fair insight, rather than just skating by. I'd have to check to be sure, but it felt more like 634 than Buzzfeed to me, so basically...everything you've done has been promising.

I ask because I would've thought a LYLO clause attached is more indicative of a town role. When I used the town Gladiator role for Disney Villain UPick, my comod put a MYLO/LYLO clause in it to reduce the swing and so that the gladiator couldn't unilaterally lose the game for town in a MYLO situation. Scum gladiator doesn't have this same problem.

I believe the claim, but I also think it's null.

It's null. Town and scum gladiators exist in about equal frequency. I have no doubt his claim is true (he really doesn't have reason to lie), it just doesn't impact his alignment.

Thank you, but the honeymoon isn't until July 1st. I'm actually stopping on my signing up for games because I don't want to have another V/LA for a week.

So I'll do a much more thorough read tomorrow but a big issue that I realize and just now is the fact that Ranger is examining both world and I have no idea how he is on Earth One. We can read him Earth Two and there's nothing we can do about him on the other Earth, but we only know a little about him.

I tend to almost-always town read Ranger, but I feel he scum read me in the beginning because I was on Lane's ass.

Not completely accurate. I think Ranger is scum on one Earth at least. Not sorted as of yet which (or both).

As an addendum to my previous post, I agree. I'm sure that Ranger received her role for BOTH Earths and I can totally see her read Earth One with a scum mindset.
