I find it hugely scummy when you are trying to get others to produce content when your content is eh and rather than do anything your self you just seem to sheep and demand the opinion of others.

I know that's a cop-out (no pun intended, given the setup) answer, but I'm actually not in the state of mind where I can answer. Just getting caught up in all of my games and going to sleep for tonight. (I'm planning on putting more attention into them over the weekend.)
I'll do more when I feel like it. (And have energy for it, which I don't, but the feeling like it is just as important.) I currently do not.SirCakez wrote:Pls do more then.Quite the RANGE.Game History"Interestingly though, town winrate in Blitzes has been really high."- RadiantCowbells

The way it works is that I'll be lazy until I don't feel like being lazy anymore.DixC wrote:too lazy to do work but so not-lazy that you'll work on telling people that you're lazy?
And my definition of lazy is basically "doing the least amount of effort on a task". So the above also has a second out: if "amount of time/effort spent explaining laziness" > "amount of time/effort spent explaining reads", then, yeah, obviously at that point I'll just explain them.
In short, I'll either explain reads when I feel like it, or when explaining reads is the least troublesome thing for me to do.
Neither condition has been met. The latter almost never happens, the former probably will...soonish. Won't give an exact timeframe, it usually depends on the gamestate more than time passed.Quite the RANGE.Game History"Interestingly though, town winrate in Blitzes has been really high."- RadiantCowbells

Even that takes time. My vote's on Penguin, and Penguin only had one post between being a bit higher (that wasn't a good tier to be in though), and being my vote, so it shouldn't be hard to guess that post served as the catalyst for a degrading already-bad read. The other reads I, respectfully, decline to identify even the strength of at this time. That's info I want people to guess.Smithereens wrote:If you don't have time to explain your reads ranger you could just reveal your strongest scum read and reasons for that one alone. Prodge. Sorry, had a bad headache most of yesterday, plus busy and generally wasn't in the mood for Mafia. Think I only posted (minimally) in two of my games. I'm getting a Townish feel from Dix. Given the level of interest in podo from Penguin, Ranger, Anen, and my own earlier suspicions, will have to look at him again. And, finally, survey the rest of the field. Have been a bit slack in this game because it has been moving so slowly. More later.- DixC

^Penguin: I don't like to jump around a lot, kills tell a lot. For some people a "lean scum" is actually a way of saying "I am going to pretend that I think you are scum because I am sure you are not scum and if I pretend I think you are you are less likely to be killed at night as scum will think that the village will just kill you anyway". Which I believe is what is called "second level" play: and if i'm reading this forum right, they simply short hand it "L2" (though that could mean something else?).
Personally I spend all day playing l3 with myself; so there's that.- davesaz
