I have stated before that I'd happily lynch Smith. I'd like to remind you of this, though:

I feel better about podoboq because both podoboq and smith are scummy to me, but podoboq is on smith.

I want to see who jumps on again and who doesn't and why. And yeah of course podo could be town thinking smith is scum, I still don't love voting with scum reads though.

Imo Maruchan did well to get this game rolling. You could at the very least be a tad grateful. I dislike Sircakez calling it a big ball of fluff when literally it's one of the only posts made thus far that has attempted to progress the game. Why is Maruchan a big ball of fluff but nobody else is?

It was fluffy because it was all a big fencesit. It didn't really progress the game at all and I'm not sure why you think it did.
DixC's vote on Shotty for the dog story was really terrible as well.

Look closely, it generated a lot of material, asked questions to multiple players and contained a sufficient amount of things you could have taken issue with. Instead you chose to take issue with the fact that his post on the whole didn't condemn any one player...

It's a bit tall of an order for RVS in a game as slow as this don't you think?

Again extreme defense on Maruchan which doesn't sit well. Maruchan did help get the game rolling, but it didn't warrant all the defense on him that he got when he received at most 2 or 3 votes.

Don't think I deserved a townread alongside Maruchan. I looked at my ISO and I don't really think I towntold that hard. Feels more like Smith knowing I'm town, than him actually townreading me.

Smithereen defended Maru, but then voted me, when the only logic to vote me is that I townread Maru. It's inconsistent. Also, I did not "somewhat low-key defend maru." I thought I was pretty overt.

There was no defense for Maru intended just btw, it was supposed to be an attack on SirCakez for something I found really inconsistent myself about his attack on Maru. I think you should go back and read my post vs SirCakez because it raises a valid point which you missed.

I think you defended Maruchan more than you attacked SirCakez. In fact you pursued a lot of other shitty lynches instead of building your case on Cakez.

Also a lot of other people besides myself have had this guy as scum or scummy but have evaded his vote to pursue other lynches.

Now that the day is finalizing I think we need to settle on a lynch we all agree with, and this is the ideal candidate IMO.

I don't really agree with your thoughts on his interactions between Maru and Cakez. I think he did it to discredit Cakez, because he still voted me for townreading Maru. Well, he didn't actually explain his reasons, but that was the only real logic that was floating in the air when he naked voted me.

this isn't opportunistic, I've been saying for days smith is in my lynchpool.

PS: I've skimmed / mostly followed everything going on since my last post, my life is just been a little hectic. I got drunk for the first time in my life (after spending 8 months attempting to get drunk at every port visit I could to no avail), I'm currently massively hard-pushing on a "certification" of sorts at work that is majorly eating into all my free time/internet time/sleep time. And my watch schedule has shifted to one that encourages me to go to sleep before I get internet access unlocked.

All in all, I've here, and i'm still tracking, and my current thoughts are the same (vote within shotty smith and ranger, maybe with a murdercat vote being a willling alternative if the other option is a no lynch due to clock ticking). I still will continue with my walls again starting on thursday/friday when I get a little less hectic. Tomorrow is my final oral exam for my certification I'm being pressured to get so It's my priority right this second.

I'm rating Anen nullTown for now. I don't know if this is just me, but I am struggling a bit in this game. By this stage I usually have a few players I have strong reads on - either Town or scum - but so far I haven't been able to really get a handle on what is going on here. Even Shotty is only a moderate scumread for me atm. Part of that is because I haven't put enough time in, so hopefully get it together here fairly soon.

I don't agree with all of Anen's reads here but I don't think any of them are awful. He's pushing podo fairly consistently, and I think it goes beyond possible distancing, so I don't think they will be scum together. Of the players on the scummy end of his list, I agree Shotty, and can understand the others. Maruchan is Townish for me, but I can understand the opposite view.

On the top end, I don't think I would have anyone in top tier yet - or, to put it another way, my top tier would just be moderate nullTown. I think Anen has Smithereens too high, still need to look more at the others.

On the basis of Ranger's readlist, which bears some similarity to Anen's, I'm nullTown reading her also. She hasn't posted enough for this to be a strong read, but I have found that in games where we are both Town, her rankings look quite similar to mine. I haven't completed doing my reads yet, but I would say of both Anen's and Ranger's lists that they look "the right side up".

Both Anen and Ranger are Townish on Cakes and karnos, so I'll look at them next. Will revisit Ranger when I've done those and Transcend, MC etc.
