Yes. Either postie or blank has to die today. I think both provide about the same information once they flip.
I favor blank for my vote, but since I get yelled at whenever I put someone at L-1, I'll leave myself unvoted for now...
I no longer think Lycan should be lynched today, but I will be questioning his shit once I get home.- RadiantCowbells

I actually kind of buy that as a possibility given Simoyd's recent posting, but Blank is just too scummy to ignore. In post 851, RadiantCowbells wrote:How's Simoyd/Lycan?- Simoyd

I'm confused, you first say it's not likely they are partners, but at the end, you say it's possible they are and you vote Blank? In post 844, Harkonnen97 wrote:Lol I don't like how Lycan almost got lynched so quickly. What's the rush guys, we have almost 2 weeks left to discuss?
Anyway, I'm not that sure of Blank/Lycan scumteam, because Blank said Lycan is his top town read. I think if they were scum they would try to distance themselves. And it's always a good strategy for a scum to call someone else than his scumbuddy a strong town read for two reasons:
1) If the townread dies and flips, it will look good on the scum
2) If the scum dies, everyone will suspect the townread as his scumbuddy
So yeah, I think that it's possible that this is happening between Blank and Lycan.
VOTE: BlankFace
At this point I'm not surprised that Blank has Lycan as top town--it makes sense as scum at this point. Lycan/Blank scumteam is the #1 choice right now for good reason, and to dispel that, one way to go about it is for Blank to throw out as much towntells about Lycan as possible, even after Blank ends up flipping scum. It's not necessarily an associative tell, but it's not always good to distance, especially when most people are pegging the correct scumteam. There are other things that make me think Blank/Lycan are scumteam together, but not this.- innocentvillager

Yes, and?
I probably wouldn't have hammered, anyway. I don't see the point in shortening the day and denying town further information to make sure Lycan/Blank is the scumteam.- innocentvillager

Now that I think about it, RC, this is much more unlikely given Simoyd's willingness to put Lycan at L-1 recklessly. In post 851, RadiantCowbells wrote:How's Simoyd/Lycan?- RadiantCowbells

Sure, but I still think it's much less likely that someone would do that, especially a newbie. In post 857, RadiantCowbells wrote:

As I stated: people's opinions change post-flip. Analysing people's opinions is good for town.In post 837, Lycanfire wrote:
All you're doing is testing whether they read the previous day (hint: at least one claimed they haven't. Yes it's very useless. Meanwhile I was brought to L-1 right afterwards, by yourself no less. What does this do for the town?In post 803, Simoyd wrote:

Who are you talking about exactly here? Who do you think is being lazy?In post 837, Lycanfire wrote:
People were voting Blank and leaving. You want me to say nothing when I should be scum incarnate if I let this lynch go through after killing the Blank lynch for the same reason day 1. The same reasoning applies. We need for fight and find scum #2, debate the two flips and pick apart the Accountant wagon. Voting without doing this is lazy at worst and.. No it's just lazy regardless of alignment. And bad.In post 805, Simoyd wrote:
So you think postie is town? You think titus' read was wrong? In post 800, Lycanfire wrote:What do we gain from lynching him and losing a townie?
Spoiler: The rest
This whole debate between us popped up because of 748 followed by 752. You're right, a mistake was made. I assumed that the combination of those two posts meant that you no longer thought of blank as scum. Then instead of just stating the contradiction directly, you decided to rant on and make some crazy convoluted argument against our misunderstanding (see the spoiler above). So thanks for finally clearing that up three pages later. I still think 743 made by IV was reasonable, and 748, 752 and 753 (all made by you, IV) are all just posturing, which you even admitted in 753. I don't see how this posturing is good for town.- Simoyd

Well, it looks to me like you have too much information Postie. You keep mentioning Accountant, but I belive we are forgetting a more important thing - Grace's slot. Initially, you townread Grace (which ended up being correct),but then, just because RC started throwing suspicioun on Titus, you changed your view by 180 degrees on the slot. You rely on RC for creating the reads and then you support then, but how do you know that RC is town in the first place? The only role that could know that is Mafia Goon.
Your defense against the murder of Titus is the WIFOM argument that since you were being scumread by her, it would be a bad idea to kill her, as it looks bad to you. I'm not denying the possibility of you being town, and Mafia doing this to put bad light on you, but I'm also not denying the possibility of you killing her, because she seemed like a really strong player to me. From the perspective of Scum!Postie, letting Titus live today would mean you or Blank would get lynched today.
If both Postie and Blank are town then I swear scum deserves to win this game.

Postie, I think if your town pool was static such that you only left enough room for fake scum reads when you were scum, then that would be an immediate tell day 1 if you were town or not. The fact that you brought it up means you're aware of it, so I doubt that scum-postie would leave room and display such a tell. With this context, pointing it out seems like posturing.- Simoyd

This is even more suspicious coming from you when you've made such an attempt to hide other people's tells, saying you're sure I'm town but don't want to say why, and you're sure RC is town but not saying what he does when he's scum. I think most people would value keeping their own tells secret more than keeping other people's tells secret. If you value being able to read other people's tells so much, then I would think you'd value keeping your own tells secret even more.
The whole thing just sounds manipulative- RadiantCowbells

Simoyd/Postie looks pretty compelling if you go back through their ISOs/interactions of day 1, but if you go with the Postie as scum theory just about anyone that isn't Blank or myself is pretty good for being her scumpartner. For instance, just about everything I could say about Simoyd/Postie I could say about you, RC, except rather than Simoyd sheeping Postie at one point, Postie has been sheeping you instead. IV wouldn't have this in his case, but of the four possible scum partners I'd consider, he was the most rigid in his scumpool, matching Postie. Hark shows up and makes a good post, or a clueless one every so often so I would struggle to pin him with someone. Being the starting vote on Postie makes me the least suspicious of him. - Lycanfire
