For now I am going to hold off to see if we get an extension for the Maruchan sub, and to hear from the replacement if possible. Sorry, I was intending to do a heavy re-read but got diverted by RL. Will try to get onto that soonish.

This is actually not why I wanted to protect your slot over mine. Don't think it matters much at this point. I'm expecting to get lynched.

I'm a n5 cop. After the way this day has gone, I don't expect I'd make it that far. So since Maru, who I'm confident is town, might be n1 or n2 cop or doctor, I think he's more valuable to town than I am. That's the biggest reason I'd rather be the mislynch today than him.

I hope that clears things up. Whoever wants to hammer, you have my permission. I've said everything I reasonably can to make my case as town, so right now we're just running out the clock.



Please just read this on the assumption that I'm going to flip town and don't waste time arguing about it before my lynch:
Smith is either scum (75% odds to me) or very dumb town.
Again, Maru's slot must be town, because when things were dire and we were both counterwagons, he didn't switch off the failed wagon on to mine to protect himself. He didn't vote me because he townread me, and scumread Smith. So he's town.
Ranger's reads are wrong. Also, this is the first time I've gone up in her reads, just before I die, to distance herself from her horrible read on me a bit more. Gonna guess scum here. Would be my preferred lynch tomorrow.
If Smith is scum, PenguinPower probably is, because Smith was trying to convince Penguin to hammer him, and he refused.

It's basically the same as voting self, as far as being town and going against win condition.

My win condition and survival are not always mutually inclusive. If a townie is dying either way, I'd rather it be me, since my role (almost definitely) has less value.

Why is the claim of all things what convinced you?

I don't think podo is scum for other reasons, but you should know everyone is going to claim either doc or cop, and claiming a late night is the perfect scum cover because they won't have to share results until the game is likely over.

I've been thinking along these lines too, but I think N5 Doc would be an even safer claim. WIFOM: But, then, scum might be reluctant to claim the very safest claim simply because it is way too obvious, so yeah claim N5 Cop. And Shotty's comment doesn't do anything to make me think my vote on him is misplaced.
