my RC hammer was pretty bad, for someone reason I forgot it was upick when thinking about the Tibbers claim

probably wouldn't have lynched Ranger anytime soon. Glad I at least roleblocked Cat Dog so I don't feel completely swept.

Like, the 3 lowest post counts were scum. Scum total had half the posts that a single player did who got lynched day 1.

They won but I don't think any of them played at all noteworthy.

Post count is a shit indicator of play. If anything, the less number of posts required for a win the more impressive.

Which is why I always want to lynch lurkers.

Good scumplay should not be lurking imo.

But seriously, in spite of my ranting in-thread about the posting restriction, this game was a blast. I didn't

have

to go all-out for my posting restriction (it was actually very loose; I probably coulda gotten away with a single ~ every other post and had it pass), but it was very enjoyable to. From the moment I got the role, I instantly knew what my first post was gonna be. My only regret is that the game didn't go on long enough for me to use the restriction even

When you have towns that spam 200pg D1s, it is. There is never a reason for a 200 page day.

I've written enough on the subject as to why it's incredibly anti-town.

I did like the balance of me still being me, yet fulfilling the posting restriction, that I ultimately reached.

Also Rangers PR was a large reason of why she got town read imo

I don't think I was relying on the posting restriction; I was more integrating it into my gameplay, and I felt like I made some decent pushes here and there. My main contributions to the game though were making sure we didn't nightkill the VTs, since I chose SirCakez and Clumsy over massive, and was an advocate for killing Ircher over someone like Klingoncelt or shotty. (We dodged the bullet with both of those kills, actually! SirCakez activating his BP would have delayed the game, and if Clumsy had activated either HIS BP, or far more damaging, his BOMB, then !BAM!, there goes Avatar!Annie.)

Overall, have to agree about the town though. massive and Klingoncelt both claimed to not have night actions. This told us they were not players to nightkill, which Katsuki had wanted. The RC lynch was pretty terrible, and in my opinion, so was the Postie lynch. (Yes I was on it, but I was scum.) The massive lynch was more understandable. I'd also have to say that the town players claimed in an unfavorable manner. Ircher outed his role early-on, and any use Postie could have gotten from her role was nullified by her claim. All in all, there was no town cohesion, and you were all so naturally going at each other that it only took the most subtle of pushes to get lynches on town players; the scum never once entered the spotlight even remotely.

So while I think we played well, it definitely WAS more a town loss than a scum win. The town just...wasn't there.
