10 or so minutes later - mod makes a post excusing activity

This stems a conversation via pm back and forth with the mod on how he's revealed the alignment intentionally and now I have to assume everyone is town. He says he didn't and calls me ridiculous in his own way of course.

Friday evening dragon posts saying he forgot to post

He asks if it's just us 2

I reply idk and mod won't tell me (earlier I had asked the mod for names of neighbors and he said they can introduce themselves. Shit modding right here. Tell people who's in the neighborhood. What if there is 3 and somebody is hiding?)

He says its strange to have just 2

No posts until Wednesday

I basically start a dialog trying to bounce ideas off him and to see if I'm off base about creature. Also tell him I'm worried because I have so many scum reads

He replies on Thursday saying he doesn't think I'm off base. He makes a huge post explaining his reads and thoughts. Ends with him thinking creature/crazy/ and a lurker

Next post he says he could be off base and also throws egg/atm and lurker into scum pile

He says he thinks I'm town but he's cautious

Now he says he doesn't think creature/crazy are scum together.

I post saying this game is confusing. I also say Mario is the only inactive that bothers me

He agrees saying Mario posts just enough to not get replaced (very valid point here)

Thursday night says he doesn't like smitherines.

I respond saying smitherines is making me fall back into my old style of play which I'm trying to change.

He replies that he's not scummy per se but says things that make him mad.


And that's the QT in a nutshell.

I'm sorry for my anger. I'm taking a step back. I'm only going to vote one of 3 people though. Which ever one gets closest to a lynch I'll hammer

Don't try to change my mind because I won't be changing it. Don't try to argue with me because as you have seen I'm extremely volatile and it will be unproductive.

From this point forward I don't really care what anyone else thinks about me or my play. if you think I'm scum make a case and convince others to vote me. I'm not going to waste time defending myself because that will just start more arguing.

Robbvna- Early points and post 80 are good. And after this, I see practically nothing scummy in the slot. Robb is asking questions, and there's not much leverage for a strong read apart from the strong feeling he's trying to solve the game.
Creature- Starts the Eggman wagon. He then tries to meta from 1 game- do you think this is particularly useful Creature? His case on me is that I don't use the same style every game- not that I was using a style at that point. I don't particularly like that at all but it might be bias. So he goes on a crusade against lurkers, and he says it's unlikely scum was claim VT. He calls him a mislynch bait after 1 game in which he was mislynched and he thinks the crumb couldn't be planned- this is bad too.

2. I was bogged down with irl at that time. I didn't have much time to read through, and most of what I did see seemed null, so I defended myself from wrong accussations. You're trying to make it seem as if I was talking about my meta, rather than reply to your reason for voting me?

I never said that I removed egg from my scumreads entirely. He just moved up slightly and is no longer the person I would like to lynch most today. Lol yeah he crumbed to claim, I crumbed to get Robb's attention. You can't compare the 2 instances.
Also, he said "push the lynch through". That's different to me than just "pushing for a lynch". But regardless of that, I didn't think making sure I explained myself well would be a problem, sorry if it was a bit wordy for your taste.
I think a lot of people agreed aside from you and creature that it was a weird crumb to begin with(fohex and robb especially), so I don't think it's unreasonable that I originally disagreed and read that as a scum!egg move. But I realized the point you and creature made and agree it's possible for town!egg to do that. This made him no longer my strongest scumread, who is now mario, but egg is my 3rd

The fact that we are even having this conversation is the scummiest part about it. Town shouldn't be worried about someone saying a post looks scummy. And the problem definitely was not that it's too wordy.
