Why does Dunn randomly claim the shot if NOT actually the one that shot Lapsa?

How would he know that? He targeted Lapsa just the same but had no way of knowing if he was roleblocked or not. Someone ELSE targeted Lapsa.

Also how is it anti-town to claim the shot when I think I've done it?

From my pov mafia kill failed and I didn't want people analyzing my vig shot (which is used up, by the way, it's non-normal to refund shots) as if it were the mafia kill

Since Day 1 I always felt Sickofit was an easy ML target and it was evidenced by people hopping on his wagon so easily
