Yeah its mostly gut feelings which is hard to defend against without looking desperate. I'm mostly trying to play it cool without flailing at the people on my wagon at the moment.

I was going to claim commuter as that's my actual role, I would claim a restriction and refuse to tell what it was. I don't know if it would help me or not as its probably unprovable.

I could try to draw a counterclaim. Doc would be ideal as Lapsa's macho modifier means there probably is one. Getting a cop to counterclaim would be unhelpful as the doc could protect them.

I could maybe try getting away with some pr that they wouldn't want to lynch but isnt super likely to be in the game either. A gunsmith might be a good choice.

I think a doc makes a lot of sense. The hope is you claim, someone else counter claims and we have a target. Even better with a cop, but you're right.. a doc can protect. Really at this point, what do you have to lose here?

That claim might work out great, I even worked out my reason for scumreading Dunn into it. The even night only is an odd restriction so it might look real, or could possibly survive in the light of another protective role as long as its a weak one.

A counterclaim would sink me, but there's a pretty good chance I might make it at least another day.

And if I do get CC'ed, hey free doc.

Podo's probably some kind of backup himself since he knows about the plethora of weak roles.

Varsoon being a double back up is actually kinda interesting. Also it implies it will be difficult for us to eliminate the doctor.

Hrm it does look like this has kicked up trouble for 50 though.

If they press you too hard you could reveal limited shots or be a non-consecutive night JK perhaps. It would keep with the theme of weak PR's.

I was already getting ready for that with my "I'm still holding a card close to my chest" remark. I'll be an Odd-Night JK (so the town would get a JK at one night and a Doctor at the next night) and was playing with the idea of claiming a 1-shot BP on even nights to explain why I'm not targeted on N2. But I will keep it on the shelf for now bc we also need to explain why YOU are not dead by tomorrow. Claiming to have jailed you would be a thing that goes along with the impression I gave them of being DUMB.

We will see how this goes though. Let's vote Peregrine, and I think you two should probably vote him in succession bc "Scum don't do that" is a thing in this game!

I'm counting PV at L1. Mirhawk, if I were you I'd probably hammer this. Sure, when he flips town it looks suspicious, but you're the doc. Besides, Zach and Titus just wagoned to L1. Up to you, if you want to see the town try and hammer... that's fine.

AGar, kraska, Transcend, Peregrine & implosion. Now I'm too lazy to go back and see who pushed someone on D1 and then did a 180 degree flip on them on D2, but if either of you has ideas we may be able to single out the Cop.

Other players will have some heat on them, but I'm sure Mirhawk will be targeted. Either or, we do get him for another day... a townie (doc) is lynched instead of Mirhawk.

First off, Peregrine is dead.

Implosion has been pretty analytic going after players. Transcend has a short term memory, one line posts for the moment. AGar may be that target and I don't have a gread read on kraska yet.

The most dangerous role that we think we know is Dunn because he still has that one bullet left. Assuming he's telling the truth. With the potential doc now dead, we also can target Varsoon -- but is he the doc now or is he now just a nurse? Haha crazy.

Mirhawk, your thoughts for the night actions? Clearly you need to use a commuter tonight!

I think Dunn lost his shot already. he fired his gun and it got blocked. At least that's my understanding. If he does have that shot still he's going to use it on Mirhawk 99%

Varsoon already outed what he had in store, and he's just a named townie. I think podoboq is the right target for tonight because he should be the one inheriting the Doctor role if I'm guessing right.

As for the jail target I'd say kraska could be it, but I'm also thinking Trans maybe. Whatever we do, we don't touch Wake who is the PGO.

I'm going to get powerlynched tomorrow. It has to happen too seeing as how there's really no way we have a even doc, full doc, and a JK. You should probably make that assertion right out of the gate tomorrow. I'm going to assert that the double doc's with double backups is likely what the game was designed around. Which means I'll probably have to call fifty scum tomorrow.

Commute Tonight

seeing as how I'm probably not going to make it another night and if Dunn was lying about being a one shot he'd almost certainly going to shoot me. Also with all the protectives and backups for them I think it's moderately likely that there is a watcher or follower instead of a fullcop.

I don't think town has a cop considering that they basically have a doctor with three lives. It would be too easy for the town to play follow the cop in that setup seeing as how they'd basically be unkilllable. I'm not that good at setup spec though so maybe that's balanced out by the JK.

Do you guys want to shoot based on PR's or people we likely won't be able to lynch? I would suggest the latter as I don't think that the town PR's are too much of a threat at the moment.
I think Zach is a good choice for a kill seeing as how I can't actually think of someone who is more universally townread then him. Dunn might also be a good choice seeing as how when I flip he and Shannon will basically be conftown. What do you guys think?

Podo's an okay target too, the only thing I'm thinking is that he has like three town calling him scummy. Good odds on him being a nurse though.

So let me throw this scenario out there...and yes I do realize it's stupid, but it's my... save Mirhawk proposal

Mir - Commutes
A50 - No Kill...???
Me - Jails Myself (If that can be done)

Dunn's one shot scares me, and I'm not sure if he's used it up or not. But let's pretend he hasn't. I can protect A50 or myself as a JK from the vig. I prefer myself because A50 can say in D3 that he jailed me. Mir can't be killed as he's commuting. Dunn fires the shot, no one dies (unless he chooses A50, which.. I don't see that).
Also, we wake up the next day with no one killed. Wouldn't there have to be another doc if no one died? It helps save Mirhawk, we all stay alive and the town scrambles. I know it's stupid not to kill anyone, but it could help clear Mirhawk?

Anyway, back to reality...
I want to read through the game a bit more and try and the right NK. Here are initial thoughts...
Zach - I agree with Mirhawk on this. I thought I could pressure him a bit D2 and no one bought in on it. Dunn/Titus/Zach are all following each other. But on the flip side of this, Zach has been known to call out Dunn on his crazy behavior.
Titus - Similar idea here. Basically it breaks up the Dunn/Titus/Zach bunch. Although she does tend to get some heat on her from time to time, but I'm not so convinced the town is ready to lynch her.
Podo - Obviously potential PR here and if he is a nurse, this is a big win as he'll be the doc now.

I think overall we need to break up the Dunn/Titus/Zach faction as they clearly are influencing wagons and people are listening.

Mir -> A potential defense for tomorrow is that you protected yourself. You won't die because you're commuting. Dunn will likely come out right away with who he tried to kill. If it's you, you can say you just protected yourself.
