So I did a brief search of his games.
One large game he lurked, one game he was scum he posted some reads a bit tunnel and was more active, one town game he was more active there and posted reads in general.
Also I noted in one search a player mentioned Jester and he didn't say that player was scummy, more like asking why mention it, that player was town.

There are a few things I don't like with him, the sequence 115-119 + 155, 239 and 510, and the multiple indications that he's been missing/not reading things (218, 234, 330).

That said, he's shown an aggressiveness and a willingness to throw his vote around in a bandwagonny way I wouldn't expect from new!scum, plus his tone feels new!town.

Gun to my head atm, I'd lean town over scum, but will be evaluating as more info appears.
