Mafia isn't a game where you can be completely principled and just yell until you get your way. There's a degree of compromise no matter what. Sometimes your first choice isn't going to get lynched. Sometimes, none of the people you want lynched aren't going to get lynched, and sitting there throwing a tantrum about it isn't going to make the game move any better. This is a lesson I learned the hard way. I compromised onto Waco because the other option was a stronger townread, and literally nothing else was happening that day. At that point, it's better to hope that I'm wrong than to make the game a slog.

I would know bc ppl are rarely convinced by the stuff I say and I almost always end up putting a player i townread at l-1 or hammer bc the lynch looks inevitable

also newbish question this is my first theme park game in eons but

when host says that "x" was "drowned" can we speculate that they were actually drowned? or was that just a flavorful way to say they died.

because if it's the former then there's probably an SK as opposed to a vig. if it's the latter then i just wasted your time.
