Because all powers are night 2 only?
The setup is made to find 1 scum on night 2.
The best option Mafia could have done is not kill night 2, then their only risk is a cop.

But you are claiming doc, so why in your view of mind would they have a doc?
Having all scum be a possible target from a gun smith makes perfect sense imo. To balance it, town have to pick correctly to find scum night 2, if we don't then we have nothing to go on but reads.
Given we have 2 lynches before using the powers, it's a high chance that 1 of those lynches will be a town PR, let alone if both are.

With only night 2 abilities, you can easily assume a tracker or watcher. You can also assume a protective role, and expect it to be power heavy.
IC I don't consider a PR, but instead the night 1 kill for scum.

If the IC was day 2 reveal then yes, I would doubt that many powers, but it's not so 6 powers is perfectly fine for this setup.

Rask or Slandaar have to be scum imo.

Because people can use their power to protect / watch IC etc.
And then a mass claim could be organised by the IC to get several confirms going into the next day.
Actually makes the balance very town sided in that situation.

But waiting until d3 to claim might've been more useful if possible when scum may have other conftowns to kill.
