I'm inclined to answer that question with "Accountant, Accountant is Scarlet's partner." Either that or Accountant's soft clear of Blackvoid indicates that they are partners, but either way, I think it's Accountant. I'm a little disheartened that that large post I made was basically swept under the rug by Accountant replying to one part of it.

I just ISOed you and found the post I "ignored". I did the opposite of sweeping it under the rug - I only focused on the bits that actually said I was scum. Nevertheless, you seem to want me to respond to it in full, so I'll do so.

Posts 114 and 116 were the first examples; in 114 he openly tried to lead blackvoid to an icy vote, and if he and void are scumbuddies, this reads as more menacing. In 116, you respond to a pretty well thought out post by Icy by saying that everything Icy said was a lie, thus carrying on his attack without needing to actually respond to the post.
Post 184 is terrifying, because he openly admits that he doesn't mind a derphammer on Huntress, which doesn't sit right with me, and it shouldn't for any town player. Derphammers make the day end, and that deprives a huge amount of potential information from the town, and generally just makes the game favor a Mafia win. Post 187 follows this with a call for trust, but the issue of a quick hammer isn't about trust, it's about what's good for town. Post 224 Accountant: "If Huntress flips town, I want everyone to lynch me tomorrow." This feels like reverse psychology, almost put here so that you could say later "why would scumAccountant say this?" With the answer being, because it works as a way to clear him. Doing the opposite of what we would expect so that we trip up and he gets away with it. Posts 256/261 are subtle, but show a sense of gloating, he didn't answer because he had Huntress at his mercy.

In 114 I thought Icy was scum. Hence, leading BV to vote Icy isn't scummy.

116, I meant what I said. I challenged Icy to prove me wrong, and if any of his arguments had any substantiation whatsoever he would have done so.

184, Huntress was confirmed scum in my eyes, so talking more about whether or not she was scum was useless to me. Talking about who her partner is is impossible when people are arguing about the first point and yelling about preflip associatives. Lynch her, let her flip red, sort everything out, then go into D3 and we can think about who her partner is. That was my thought process.

Post 224, already addressed. You claim I was setting up "why would accountant say this?", but the first thing out of my mouth was "that was all a fucking lie".

Okay, so three possibilities:

If Accountant and Scarlet are scum, Accountant has to be bussing for cred during 5P. Icy is the obvious nk so it would have to be between me, Shadow, and Accountant for the final three and it wouldn't hurt to get cred. Scarlet's vote on Huntress was actually really, really weird. After expressing suspicion of Accountant multiple times, he all of a sudden votes Shadow over Accountant when the latter suggests a 1v1 so hard to rule this out.

Accountant and Shadowlancer don't make that much sense given Shadowlancer was pretty set on pushing Accountant D2 when if he succeeded, that would make Huntress look amazing and impossible to mislynch. That play would be directly against the scum wincon so I'm mostly ruling this out.

Shadowlancer and Scarlet don't have any significant interactions. I could see Shadow pushing Accountant hoping that Icy votes him so that his partner Scarlet doesn't get lynched. If this is the team, all three of me, Accountant, and Icy would need to agree that Scarlet is scum so it's possible that he's trying to deflect.

This overall just re-inforces my suspicion on Scarlet. It's hard to see Accountant/Shadow being a pairing here. Subsequently, it's hard to see Scarlet being town. Individually, Scarlet is the scummiest player in the game so that's where my vote is likely going to go once I re-read and double-check everything.

I still think Accountant is the better lynch for today, especially since you could be his partner. Accountant-scarlet does make sense, but I won't rule out you doing the bussing here. I'm going to try and reread later today as well.

I agree that ruling out Accountant/Scarlet is premature. But Shadow spent a lot of time D2 pushing Accountant when he could have gone for Huntress which makes that pair really unlikely, and to me, it makes Scarlet being town highly improbable. Why bus his partner D2 with no PRs outed? He'd have to make it through alone shooting in the dark, and with a Huntress mislynch being very unlikely.

Who are your best guesses for Accountant's partner?

The only reason I can think of is because almost half of the players trusted PP's accident banhammer through phone, so she sheeps Icy, trying to mislynch him. And that, in my opinion, makes a far sensible scumtell

Scum Shadow at the time of his vote was the second vote on Accountant. If Accountant got a third Shadow could have just unvoted.

Not sure if townee Shadow was voting Accountant because he really believed Account was scum. He could have voted there just so he wouldn't be accused of sheeping Penguin.

I will say this. Accountant said earlier, something to the effect of a scum team wouldn't vote the same person back to back. He then said this morning the team was likely Black,Scarlet. If you look back at the day one lynch Black's slot and Scarlet are the one/two votes on Bliss.

Upon re-read, got a question for Shadowlancer: you were willing to put Huntress at L-1 before Accountant turned it into a 1v1. So, after he did, why did you decide to go ahead with an Accountant vote because you were worried he was leading you on? Wouldn't it make more sense to lynch Huntress and if he was wrong, go after him next?
