In NAH, i had made Y seem like more of the leader role then he was. Sure i was allied and friends with him but whenever anyone asked why i wouldn't do something, i pointed at Y saying he wouldn't let me.

293. Jesse (Snakes) - Season Finale

It's been a fun game. It wasn't the most exciting, but I had a great time.

Mods, you did a great job. Sure the game could have used a swap, but the main reason it turned out as it did was because of the players. The players decide how the game turns out, not the twists. Besides that, the game ran really smoothly.

I regret my confessional about you the most. Not because of anything I said about you, but because of what I didn't. I was a gamebot in these confessionals, and I only talked about strategy in here. I never planned on voting you out, but I talked a lot in here about making sure that I would beat you. Now that the game is going to be over tomorrow, I regret being a gamebot about you and not sitting back and enjoying our bond.

Okay, I know some of you are going to be screaming because "What the fuck?! This is a game winner!!! AND THIS ISNT JUST ANY GAME WINNER THIS IS RECORD-HOLDING MULTI-WINNER SNAKES?!?!? I REALLY MUST PROTEST!!!" but hear me out. I gotta agree, we're at a point where character and personality matter far more than gameplay and placement. But most especially when you look at this game in particular. Is how this game ended up on an entertainment front due to poor design choices? Oh hell yes. We done fucked up on that front. However, as even Snakes said himself, players are what decide things. So we have the players to thank for what Finale was. None nearly so much as Jesse. And Jesse is what I like to affectionately call a Snakesbot. It's Snakes being a gamebot without all of the great personality parts and realness that makes Snakes a great person. But Jesse isn't just any old Snakesbot, of which there are a few, oh no. For any of you who have ever watched the show, watched Jesse was like watching Spencer Bledsoe play one of our forum games but without any of the redeeming(okay listen, I know some people don't think he has any, y'all can suck my dick) qualities that add entertainment to watching Spencer. Jesse found his way into power like within maybe 10 or 15 minutes of the first day? and then he never lost it and never had to really fight for it. And he was boring. He had strategy for pages and pages in his confessional, but none he ever actually needed because he had way too many people willing to sacrifice their games for his without him needing to ask. His game, while some have moral outrage at, good, but as a character? Bad. He has no story or growth or progress on that front.
