Just as a note on the rules, alts can't play as a newbie in this queue. They are allowed to replace into games, including newbie games, but not to join via the queue itself. (An alt can also play as an SE or IC, if it's got the required experience

the two accounts arent the same yhey just confusingly have the same avatar and the username changed from alisae to alisea

Dunno what it takes to get IC qualified, but I've finished 1 game and I'm in another 4 (currently none finished). If the rules are malleable in this regard, I'll hop in as your IC.
