I think you can.
Like pointing out something like meta to add onto a case is a legitimate argument if it's like the ONLY reason you have on someone then I understand the point.

Those were slightly different than normal.
This type of game I feel has entirely different strategies than normal mafia. It's why I discount any statements comparing my play in a game to my play in the last Lover's game I played. In that game, getting tred was easy af by just showing a real suspicion of your partner. I abused that as town but still, scum are much less likely to want to suspect their partner.

i'm not applying a rigid concept to the game. i'm intepreting dunn's actions in this particular game as towny, because that's how i read the motivations behind their posts
'too scummy to be scum' is doubting yourself because you're reading them as definite scum
i'm reading dunn differently than that, i've seen a few things that ping me but the feeling i get behind his posts are towny and genuine

i just feel like you're being too quick to dismiss the stuff you pointed out about dunn.

i'm not dismissing it, it's still in the thread and it's still in my mind
scumDunn is still a possibility. my read might take a complete 180 if i end up interpreting their thoughts in a different way later due to later actions.

i don't think a pt w/ Dave will help me sort out this game at all, i get that having two trs together is a good thing for the rest of the town but it doesn't really help me at all

i would much rather gamma be left behind than vedith, i'm unsure of vedith's alignment, but if she's town she tends to give really good analysis when she decides to pull her finger out and actually play the game

plus then there'll be one more shitposter so i won't feel so alone

i'm not sure gamma will post much to further the game at all if they're left in, which will end up making it even harder to determine their alignment
