I think scum can and will do both. Ladies are probably more inclined to wait as they know they wont be forced to leave. Gentlemen can do either, I guess it depends on the playerlist and their playstyle.

I think the setup spec is kind of useless right now as a guy will get voted out, regardless of distribution. If it's the only thing they do it's bad, otherwise it's nai. The usual stuff, i guess?
