Don't display YouTube Videos not working

Hi, due to a tight data plan I've turned off displaying videos, but they appear anyway. The same didn't happen for images. Is this broken or is that supposed to do something different from what I expected?

Has never worked from what I recall. Is on the list of things to fix. We need to hard code the tag in order for the option to be honored. Right now it's a simple tag added through the phpBB control panel.
