That's not shade, that's a legitimate questino about whether Math's sloppiness (which is transparently what happened if they were town) is legitimate or if it should be read into. Some players are in fact sufficiently sloppy that it's reasonably within what we shoudl expect; I don't know Math well enough to know if it applies to them or not, thus I punted the quesiton to the group.

What bait and switch? I don't recall zef ever supporting a Vax wagon, and in fact he's seemed reasonably consistent in his opposition to it, and him switching from me to Gamma is also consistent with having scum reads (as per his 2702) that he wanted lynched over vax, and building a counter-wagon to vax on the most promising of said wagons.

Like, if you wanted to argue that he was too neutral on vax, and didn't do enough work for derail a wagon he didn't like, that's not a totally nonsensical point, but I fail to see why you think that even that theory would be meaningfully indicative, and the "bait and switch" point seems to be completely unspported.

All things equal, the simplest solution tends to be the best one.

Occam's Razor is a problem solving principle attributed to William of Ockham stating that 'Among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected.' It is frequently interpreted by laypeople as 'the simplest answer is right.' It is not a true principle of logic nor can it be used to scientifically prove something. However, theories with reduced complexity are more easily testable, and attempting to model exceedingly complex problems frequently leads to statistical noise, making it a very useful principle in practise.

At night you may simplify someone's role to the most easily modelled and understood role; a vanilla townie. This will trigger before any night actions and will last until the start of the following night. This may not target the same player for consecutive nights, but may be used on consecutive nights. When you simplify a person you will also get the result of how many elements their original role PM had. For example, this one has two.
