This I can see both ways. It could be argued the way you're doing, or it could be argued that if he had a guilty at the start o the day why sit on it for -say- 24 hours before announcing it.

So we basically have two possibilities:

1. Comm is sacrificing himself in an attempt to buy towncred for his buddy Fitz, or

2. Comm knows that his action will appear as 1, and is therefore doing this to cast doubt on Town!Fitz. This could also be combined with having made a blind guess as to Fitz being town.

I think 1 is more likely, although not completely certain. In any case, Fitz and Comm are CCing each other, so they can't both be town, and since Comm declared Fitz to be confirmed town, he (Comm) can't be the town in a TvS situation. So either way Comm is confirmed scum. Note that none of this reasoning depends on my results (or on Ram's claim). The respective claims of Comm and Fitz prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that Comm is scum.

None of his play makes sense as scum like he cc'd James D1 within like the first 20 pages and now he's saying he rolecopped Fitz after Ram claimed to jail him, how is any of this going to come from scum

Are you kidding me? Solo Scum = Serial Killer. Now why would a Serial Killer fake a guilty on anyone? If their target flips green they're toast and they lose instantly. Mafia can fake a guilty to get rid of a strong PR, but a Serial Killer? I very much doubt it.

Also, a Serial Killer fake claiming on their first post?? What if there was a NORMAL COP in play? Again, SK would not have lived past D2 if hey weren't lynched on D1.

1) I usually play smaller games where bus drivers aren't allowed.. but in this instance if Comm is telling the truth it could be due to a Redirector. Basically the RD could choose who Comm targeted without him knowing it.

In which case there actually would be a vig and scum would know who it is now.

2) If 1....2 wouldn't apply. If not 1) I assume 2=no.

Yeah, I think a bus driver is active.

Due to Fitz claim and my result on him, the bus driver must've switched him with the vig. Since I'm a rolecop, it means I wasn't the bus target. Which means James ability cannot be altered. He's 100% scum claiming a guilty on town rolecop.

This could've been settled D1 or D2, but instead it took to D3 for him to claim something we all knew he would.
