Considering that's the resolution phase and there wasn't too much scumhunting going on, I don't see why Scum would announce that there, or rather announce that at all. Scum!Drixx could have easily just decided to keep his mouth shut there.
If it was someone like Pine who took Pryamids, fine, I could understand your concern there because it's fucking Pine, but personally I don't know Drixx's scumgame well enough to know if he could just WIFOM as an impotent treestump.
