As for Transcend putting someone who is not his strongest scumread at L-1, that seems highly opportunistic. Indeed, you can back out of it easily by saying stuff like "it was a reaction test, no one would have hammered anyway". Transcend didn't even do that much, in which case the L-1 looked atrocious. You vote someone because you think they are scum (especially if you are putting someone at L-1 this early), not because you are bored. The reason why this is scummy is that scum can easily do it for a chance of Town hammering, then shift the focus onto the hammerer rather than themselves.

Currently this is a weak scumread of mine, making it my strongest scumread.
